Sandwich Shops in Alpena

“The young lady making my sandwich this evening was so sweet and friendly. She took her time and double checked that I was pleased with each quantity before adding the next layer. She really went the extra mile. Subway is doing a better training.“

“Overall the food is good and the staff is friendly. I’ve been going there for years and have had only small issues, like a few times sides were missing. The subs are always accurate and they wait is short. If you squeezed me for some constructive criticism, I’d probably recommend they dust the ceiling.“

“Decent for a quick bite. But has a hard time getting bread choices correct. And when you order 3 subs maybe include 3, not 1, napkin. Especially since you have no inside seats.
Wa a bit disappointed since normally a really good experience.“

“A young man named Brendan went above and beyond today for my friend and I, he was so patient and helpful. He happily accommodated my friend's very particular requests for her food. You can tell he does a great job and kudos to him for such amazing customer service and work ethic! Never judge a book by its cover! ?
The young lady working with him was super diligent in making sure our ingredients were fresh also, she was super nice!

You'll do great things Brendan!“
