I stopped in to place a larger order for later in the week. When the staff found out it was for a thank you lunch we were providing our kids school staff, they went above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you Andrew and crew! Your kindness is appreciated!
These guys really fly? I get to work and order every time and it feels like not even 10 minutes goes by and my order is here, they’re super quick and it is awesome. Plus the food is amazing too so credits for that

I just want to give a huge shout out to Jimmy John’s-Alpena!! Y’all have been amazing feeding our crew working out at the Alpena USAF airport. Pyramid Paving says THANK YOU, for taking our huge orders and having them ready super fast! Everything was so fresh and didn’t look thrown together (like most places, when they get busy). Outatanding. They even took the time to write our names on each wrapper so nobody would get confused as to which sandwich/wrap was theirs.
