We have been eating at Carsons since it opened.
I had to scroll far back and delete my 5 stars and replace it with this.
If the owner/owners/upper management (not the management I've seen at the restaurant) are seeing this, please read it and fix your business, it is really bad now.
I'm writing this as someone who was born into the restaurant business, worked in my family's restaurants for decades, worked for other restaurant owners too.

Worst service! Come for the happy hour and maybe get your order taken. People who order a second round, will get their order in before your first round. The bartender will stop making your cocktail to take someone else’s order. Then when asked “sorry it’s after (whatever time) the computer won’t let me put a happy hour order in”
Poor service/no service we got seated at a booth and waiting 20 minutes for a waiter that never came.. First time we ever walked out of a restaurant.
