The food is consistently fresh and delicious, with highlights like the pork rice bowl, Vietnamese-style spring rolls, and fried chicken onigurazu. Many customers recommend the tapioca meatballs with authentic sauce, sashimi on the chirashi, flavorful baos, and Taiwan-style dandan noodles. The beef bimbimbap with delicious, umami-filled mushrooms and the crispy, flavorful chicken tatsuta-age are among favorites. The Tonkatsu Ramen broth is praised for being super delicious, especially with the chasu pork cut and soy sauce marinated egg, which adds a yummy touch. The ramen is considered the best in the Packard/Carpenter/Platt area. Employees are kind, and the food is consistently fresh and amazing, with quick service and no issues with the wait.
