I called and talked to Anthony at Blaze. He was super friendly and professional. He remade our order free of charge and gave us some cookies for the inconvenience. It was not his fault whatsoever. I was very impressed with his customer service. He didn't owe us anything. It is rare to get solid customer service anywhere. I would order from them again.“

“We moved to the DeWitt area in 2018 and we knew we had to find a local pizza place. Peppinos is the place to go, no other pizza or breadsticks taste how they make them. It’s delicious!!!! Recently there was a miscommunication on our order (pick up) and it was the first time ever. Didn’t make a fuss about it or anything, just chalked it up as a thing that happens. 30 min later, sitting at home and someone knocks on our door. Well Peppinos went above and beyond to deliver the rest of the order. We’ve been loyal customers and definitely not losing our business. “I reached out to Saddleback BBQ and Slice Pizza for catering for a large company event and they knocked it out of the park every step of the way! Brynn made sure we kept in touch throughout the planning process and modified our event order when needed. The day of the event, she arrived early with a crew of awesome helpers who showed awesome customer service the entire time! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh BBQ and all the sides - the mac and cheese was a huge hit! The Slice team brought out their mobile pizza oven and made fresh pies and breadsticks through the very end so everyone was able to get a hot meal. Dozens of people let me know how amazing the food was and we can’t recommend them enough!!“

Years later, my older brother worked there, Waverly Rs location. Eventually, I did too! Twice actually! When I was a minor, I hung flyers for the Lake Lansing location. Today I stopped and got a pizza and I am soo glad I did. I purchased the speciality pizza with chicken, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, and ranch. The 16 inch pizza actually had weight to it. What cinched it for us though was the crust, chewy, crispy, and held up to the weight of the toppings. We will continue to patronize this little shop that slings out food way better than we deserve for the price.“
