I called and talked to Anthony at Blaze. He was super friendly and professional. He remade our order free of charge and gave us some cookies for the inconvenience. It was not his fault whatsoever. I was very impressed with his customer service. He didn't owe us anything. It is rare to get solid customer service anywhere. I would order from them again.“

Recently there was a miscommunication on our order (pick up) and it was the first time ever. “I reached out to Saddleback BBQ and Slice Pizza for catering for a large company event and they knocked it out of the park every step of the way! Brynn made sure we kept in touch throughout the planning process and modified our event order when needed. The day of the event, she arrived early with a crew of awesome helpers who showed awesome customer service the entire time! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh BBQ and all the sides - the mac and cheese was a huge hit! The Slice team brought out their mobile pizza oven and made fresh pies and breadsticks through the very end so everyone was able to get a hot meal. Dozens of people let me know how amazing the food was and we can’t recommend them enough!!“

“My husband and I live just down the road and decided to check it out for the first time. I don't recommend going here and I will never go back. ordered a Michelob, then when the waitress came back I asked for another beer. 15 minutes later she came back to the table without a beer, so I asked again for a beer, 15 minutes go by again and no beer. It's a bar and you can't even get a beer. I decided to walk up to the other girl and let her know that I had asked twice and ask her if she would bring me a beer. That was a mistake, I wasn't rude at all, she instantly got an attitude with me and says "you didn't ask me, I just came in from outside, then turns and walks away. She did bring me a beer along with an attitude. I apologized (which I shouldn't have even had to do) I let her know I wasn't upset with her at all and the reason I had ask her was because I had already ask the other girl twice. Didn't matter she was still rude. I ordered the nachos and my husband ordered a burger. My chicken nachos were burnt, I didn't even eat a 1/4 of them, you could look at them and tell they were burnt. After I got the beer it wasn't 5 minutes later she asked if we wanted our bill. Yup, bring me the bill because as a General Manager of 20 years, I know you don't treat people like that, clearly felt I wasn't wanted there and the 3 big tables were a priority. If you go with a big group, you'll probably get good service cause its a bigger tip for them. Never again will I go here or recommend to anyone.“

“I recently started eating here after passing it by too many times. After getting a few grinders (chicken bacon and the vegi) it has become my go to lunch. Today I stopped and got a pizza and I am soo glad I did. I purchased the speciality pizza with chicken, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, and ranch. The 16 inch pizza actually had weight to it. What cinched it for us though was the crust, chewy, crispy, and held up to the weight of the toppings. We will continue to patronize this little shop that slings out food way better than we deserve for the price.“
