“I've been to this restaurant almost a dozen times in the past year, and it's now my favorite in the grater Lansing area. Most everything I've tried has been delicious with standouts being the Wonton Soup and Egg Domburi Rice. While nothing will punch you in the mouth with flavor, it somehow manages to taste incredible in a subtle and balanced way. The service has always been great, but you may need to wait 20min or so for food if they're busy, which is to be expected for fresh cooking from a mom and pop joint. Can't recommend this place enough.”

“Came in tonight to celebrate my birthday with my husband. I always get the tonkatsu ramen (delicious). Tonight I tried the orange chicken for the first time. I'm so glad I did! It was perfectly sauced and still crispy. Service was fast and friendly despite being absolutely packed💗”

“Went there this evening to get some takeout--a salad and two entrees. The person who waited on us was very helpful, guiding us through the online ordering process. And the food was sensational! A great salad, and my dinner a poke bowl with raw tuna, was so delicious I had to force myself to stop eating it even though I was full. My wife's dinner was also really tasty, and now we both have leftover that we're looking forward to. I can't believe we'd never been there before--the place is less than five minutes from our house. But we will be back soon, that's for sure!”

I adore the family-owned aspect & I'm happy to see business is booming whenever I am in town. Prices have stayed affordable since I first became a customer around 2019, and the quality is always amazing -- I 🫶🏻 King Subs!

“I had coffee and a waffle here with a friend of mine. The coffee was delicious, and I was quite happy with it. That being said, the waffle really left the bigger impression on me. It was a smaller Liege-style waffle with chunks of sugar in it that honestly made the syrup unnecessary. It was delicious on its own or with a little butter. You can’t go wrong ordering one of those. The staff was friendly, and the interior was nice and cozy. There was some limited seating outside too. Overall, this was a nice place for coffee and a little bite of food.”
