“We moved to the DeWitt area in 2018 and we knew we had to find a local pizza place. Peppinos is the place to go, no other pizza or breadsticks taste how they make them. It’s delicious!!!! Recently there was a miscommunication on our order (pick up) and it was the first time ever. Didn’t make a fuss about it or anything, just chalked it up as a thing that happens. 30 min later, sitting at home and someone knocks on our door. Well Peppinos went above and beyond to deliver the rest of the order. We’ve been loyal customers and definitely not losing our business. “I reached out to Saddleback BBQ and Slice Pizza for catering for a large company event and they knocked it out of the park every step of the way! Brynn made sure we kept in touch throughout the planning process and modified our event order when needed. The day of the event, she arrived early with a crew of awesome helpers who showed awesome customer service the entire time! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh BBQ and all the sides - the mac and cheese was a huge hit! The Slice team brought out their mobile pizza oven and made fresh pies and breadsticks through the very end so everyone was able to get a hot meal. Dozens of people let me know how amazing the food was and we can’t recommend them enough!!“

I've worked in restaurants for about 10 years now and I know things can get frustrating during dinner rushes. But being the owner of the restaurant and treating your employees so poorly while you have customers trying to eat isn't ideal. I watched this guy yell at all his cooks and servers. Also was rude to a server about a chair when they didn't know said chair wasn't allowed in the outside seating area. I really hope this manager takes the extra steps to pull people aside and be discreet when addressing something instead of causing a scene like we saw tonight. Other then that, we enjoyed this restaurant and the food!“

“Good food for a fair price. The only complaint I have is when a customer/I'm/ we are ready to check out, the wait person won't walk away once they give you the electronic device to pay on. Doesn't seem to matter if you're in the middle of a conversation with somebody, they will not walk away without you tipping them and signing...I find that pretty rude. You'll get your money and maybe even more of a tip if you walk away and let me finish my sentence to whoever I might be with.“

“My husband and I live just down the road and decided to check it out for the first time. I don't recommend going here and I will never go back. ordered a Michelob, then when the waitress came back I asked for another beer. 15 minutes later she came back to the table without a beer, so I asked again for a beer, 15 minutes go by again and no beer. It's a bar and you can't even get a beer. I decided to walk up to the other girl and let her know that I had asked twice and ask her if she would bring me a beer. That was a mistake, I wasn't rude at all, she instantly got an attitude with me and says "you didn't ask me, I just came in from outside, then turns and walks away. She did bring me a beer along with an attitude. I apologized (which I shouldn't have even had to do) I let her know I wasn't upset with her at all and the reason I had ask her was because I had already ask the other girl twice. Didn't matter she was still rude. I ordered the nachos and my husband ordered a burger. My chicken nachos were burnt, I didn't even eat a 1/4 of them, you could look at them and tell they were burnt. After I got the beer it wasn't 5 minutes later she asked if we wanted our bill. Yup, bring me the bill because as a General Manager of 20 years, I know you don't treat people like that, clearly felt I wasn't wanted there and the 3 big tables were a priority. If you go with a big group, you'll probably get good service cause its a bigger tip for them. Never again will I go here or recommend to anyone.“

“We ordered 2 pizzas and double bread sticks for dinner and when we got home the pizza was not cooked all the way-- it was about half raw under the sauce. I called and explained the situation and they offered a remake for tonight, or for next time. When I went back the manager apologized and let me know that this is a training store, so sometimes extra mistakes are made, but she let the guys know what happened to fix it for the next customer. She was very nice and said she even pushed the pizza back into the oven when it was supposed to be done to make sure it was right the second time. The cook on the remake was much better, and the customer service was excellent.“

“This has got to be the best Dominos out there. Growing up, I heard mixed reviews about the chain and didn't have one locally. Everything we've gotten at this location has been incredible! As a family who cooks almost all of our food, our Dominos nights are exciting--filled with quality pizza + parmesan bites, loaded with toppings and seasonings. And the workers are incredibly friendly and helpful. This is our favorite stop after practices!“
