very poor customer service. my mom got a coffee told him he put a bit to much chocolate on top and asked him to take some off it was just the whip cream. and to be a smart @$$ he barely squirted any chocolate at all. normally hes decent not today. i believe hes the manager there

I have always loved the location on Columbia 😊 the staff are amazing and today they listened to my little request and even made it more special 🥰❤ today is my daughter's birthday so I asked for a note of happy birthday and my favorite barista (I'm a horrible customer because i don't know his name ☹) asked to add sprinkles ❤ definitely her favorite part!

BIGGBY COFFEE serves a variety of drinks, including redbull cream freeze and electric dragon. Their frozen white lightning is a fan favorite, and their sandwiches, such as the ham and cheese bragel on Asiago, are great for breakfast or lunch. The drive-through can be a bit tricky, but the staff work efficiently to get orders out. This place was SO FAST, and the employees were super helpful, nice, and enthusiastic. Drinks were great, the food was amazing and hot. Everyone loved what they got and commented on how friendly employees were. Though a little expensive, it's worth it.
