The Shrimp Po’ Boy was seasoned very well, the bread it’s served on has the crunch on the outside but soft, and the quality of the fish used I could tell was high right after my first bite. We got the Paneer Tandoori pizza and the Veg Manchurian pizza. Both were absolutely delicious. The veggie bites that came on the veg Manchurian pizza were crispy on the exterior and had a soft interior. The Manchurian sauce had a prominent ketchup flavor, accented well by the umami soy flavor. The tandoori sauce was creamy and had a kick of spicy to it. The vegetables were finely diced and evenly dispersed, allowing for a uniform bite. And the crust itself was buttery and edges crispy.
