“My husband and I stopped in for an earlier dinner. I had the ribeye steak. A little hiccup with the kitchen (requested medium rare, got well done). But without me asking, the General Manager, Laura, took care of it. Dinner was really good. Our waitress was Jennifer. She's the best. Consistent, friendly, and she is a really good server. We will request her again. .“

“Kristian was so insanely sweet and provided such a wonderful experience for my family and I. My son loved him and so did we! He was excellent at communicating, very personable and incredibly friendly. He also was very attentive to little details during our time at the restaurant despite having so many other customers to take (wonderful) care of.

“The white customers stare at you while their food gets cold, and you sip your root beer float and eat your chicken fingers in all the glory of free to eat where you want. Customer service is always great. They don't always have time to wipe the tables off but it's not J Alexander's we can wipe a crumb 😂

“We've tried it a few times the food was excellent. I ordered the boneless wings every time, can't believe I still haven't tried a burger yet the wings are so good though I want them every time we go. All the staff is very friendly especially the lady I don't know her name but she's waited on us a couple times very nice always smiling which you don't see a lot these days especially at restaurants which is why it stood out to me how friendly everyone is. Definitely have to try different items next time“

“They were way busier then usual due to the bogo burger promo. And they killed it. I interacted with a couple different employees while I was there and I know they were stressed but they handled it great and talked to everyone there with patience.“

“If you want real fresh hamburgers and fries this is a great location. This is the 2nd Five Guys I have visited. The burgers were so amazing and really big. The fries were fresh cut and still cooked perfectly crispy. The service was fast and friendly. This location is well maintained and worth the extra cost in my opinion. 🍔 🍟 😋“

“I usually prefer this stop if I decide to eat out for lunch. The team running the show during the weekday are always on top of it the best they can be. I'm not sure what happened today.(Saturday afternoon) The food was prepared horendously and the service was actually worse than the food. Please don't forget that we live and work in the same community. I will remember you next time you stop into my place of business and I'll be sure my teams show you exceptional guest service in hopes that you can remember the guest is the reason you have a job.“

“This is an Awesome White Castle restaurant. The food was wonderful, cheese burger sliders, clam strips, and fries. The service was above and beyond. Our sales person, Maham, was outstanding in making sure our order was correctly ordered for exactly what we wanted. She was super nice and very attentive to our needs and was very patient. This White Castle was very clean and spotless. Will definitely consider going back here again!!!“

“Our doordash glitched and messed up our order. It was the last of our money until morning and we were starving. Thena was working drive thru and she was so helpful and kind. She fixed the order so we could eat. These are the kind of people you need to hold on to. Give her a bonus or a raise because normally the customer service is lacking but hers was fantastic.“

“I frequently go to the Steak n Shake Woodhaven Location and I can't say enough about the Professional and Friendly Staff. While I was waiting for my order I told the young lady that I had to use the little boy's room and would be right back. When I walked in and to my surprise, I was Totally Blown Away on how Clean and Fresh it was. I will continue to tell All my Friends and Family to Stop in and Enjoy the Great Staff and Great Food (the Steak Burgers are the bomb) at the Woodhaven Steak n Shake. There are Plenty of Burger Joints in Lincoln Park but I go to the Woodhaven Steak n Shake. Top Job and Keep up the Great Work.“

“Almost removed a star because we didn't get to see Skeeter or Joe lol. Jokes aside, people say the service is slow, which may be true. But the food was probably the freshest I've ever gotten at a McDonald's in my entire life, so I'll take it. (And when I asked the manager about the Skeeter situation, she was clearly annoyed because it has to be old at this point but she took it on the chin and was cool about it.)“

“Not are Wendy's burgers the absolute best in fast food, the staff was extremely nice. I was stranded at Wendy's on Dixie Hwy. and the manager was so helpful. She made sure my 3 dogs and i were fed and had water. I've never experienced good nature like that in this town. “What can I say—it’s Burger King! I eat carnivore, so I ordered the double with bacon, keto-style, without cheese. It came exactly how I asked—just the meat, no bun, no condiments, and they didn’t try to get fancy by throwing in lettuce like some other places do. Simple and done right. After a long shift, it was a quick, satisfying meal at a great price, and honestly, it was very tasty.“
