“The vibe of the building is really cool. Welcoming. The staff is all about customer service. From the moment I walked in the door, I was taken care of. I was greeted by two employees and immediately given a menu. I asked the young man (Mo I think was his name) what he recommended and he suggested build a burger. Good choice! I had a classic burger with Cajun fries and a Mt.Dew. The fries were crispy and hot, seasoned to perfection. The burger was hand patted and very tasty. They told me the only use fresh not frozen beef and all ingredients are locally sourced. If I had a compliant at all it would be the door to the restroom. Like many places, it was really heavy and difficult to open. You see, I'm handicapped and in a wheelchair. It was difficult getting in and out of the restroom. But wait... Here comes the staff. They pushed me to my table, offered to move the table in order to make things easier for me, helped me out of the door and into the Uber when I left. I really felt special. Hell, even if the food sucked I'd go back for the service“

You know a burger is good when you can see the seasoning on top of it. Fries are always hot, and a chef is amazing ,kind and if there’s ever a mistake, he will fix it and take care of you. My coworker hooked me on this place and each week everybody in the office orders burgers for lunch on Thursday.“

Everything is A la Carte and I wish the cook seasoned the fries as they exited the fryer cuz salt doesn't stick afterwards. However, still so impressed with the burger I wonder why anyone would go to Bate's? Tradition maybe, but Bigg's is better by a degree of magnitude.“

“This was my first time eating at a Red Robin, I was really impressed with everything about it. The service was great, the prices were fair, the food was great. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. When we were ready to leave, our waitress brought us a to go cup of the pop we were drinking, which was a great surprise! All of the kids got balloons on their way out too. I would definitely like to go back, but I would have to drive 2.5 hours to get there. Thanks for the great meal“

“WOWWWWW 10/10 I love trap vegan. Best smoothies I’ve ever had in my LIFE. I got the pomegranate one & the goji berry one (add sea moss) and they were so good. Also had the vegan sweet potato cheesecake that was equally as amazing. I got my friend kaelin the coco one & she LOVED it so even if your not a fruit lover there is amazing choices for everyone. The hibiscus refresher was delectable as well.“

Anyway, i went and need to say this place makes an amazing burger and fries. I hope they keep it consistent because it was the best burger I’ve had in Michigan and the fries are everything i want out of a french fry - crispy, salty, actually taste like potatoes… they remind me of belgian fries.

“Very busy at the breakfast/lunch cusp ~11:30. Full lot, but seats available. Coffee is piping hot, good w/o cream or sugar. Soup was hot, benefited from crackers (salted). Green beans were well seasoned and tasty. Cod was dry and overcooked. Replaced with Greek salad with chicken. Salad was crisp and delicious. Dressing was good. Chicken also seemed overcooked. Better safe than sorry? Music was moderately loud and the crowd chatter was acoustically distracting. I would order the salad again.“

“Last year I left this place a five star review however the last couple times I’ve been here the quality has gone downhill. Chicken tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp all day, very hard to chew and they forgot the dipping sauce. Fries are never seasoned and my drink is always flat. Food used to come packaged nicely in a box but now it’s thrown together in a paper bag. The workers used to smile but now they can’t bother to even make eye contact before shutting the window in your face. It was good while it lasted but save your money.“
