“It’s rare to come across a business that checks all excellent rating boxes that A Touch of Class does. My family reunion, was held a little more than a week ago and we needed a caterer for the picnic. A good acquaintance recommended A Touch of Class Catering. After visiting their business facility and checking out their menu offerings, we were a little skeptical at first but, after meeting with the owner and discussing price and meal options, we decided to take a chance. I’m so glad we did!

On the day of our picnic, they arrived on time, set up their grill and began preparing some of the best hotdogs, hamburgers and barbecued chicken we’ve ever been served at an outdoor event. Even the grilled corn on the cob, baked beans and coleslaw were delicious side dishes that everyone enjoyed, tremendously.

We can’t say enough about the outstanding catering service they provided. Also, they were polite, friendly and very professional.

“As a wedding photographer, I've eaten many catered dinners and witnessed various waitstaff work events. However, I recently photographed a wedding at Planterra Conservatory where Forte Belanger was the catering and waitstaff team and I was BEYOND impressed. From waiting hand and foot on the bride and groom, to the absolutely delicious meal, the Forte Belanger team made it a black tie affair. I worked closely with Riley all day and she was helpful, cheerful, and so happy to serve. Diego, the event manager, was professional, discrete, and even snagged me a coffee while I was capturing the dance floor. Jesus was the bartender and he was friendly and didn't mind filling up my water multiple times as I was working. Dinner was fantastic and I'm still dreaming about the potatoes. City BBQ’s meat is consistently better, more flavorful, the sauces offered are interesting (love the green chile!), and the staff is always kind.
