Placed an order today for 5 sandwiches. Three we paid for cheese and none of them had it. Another sandwich had zero sauce including mayo when we specified just no oil/vinegar. Given the price we paid, doesn’t seem right that the order was almost all wrong excluding the one wrap that was made right. Haven’t had this issue before at this location.

I must say I had some of the best customer service this evening at the young man I believe his name is Vincent at the register was super polite and friendly. Also there was another worker in the store she was just as friendly and polite. Most people complain when they get terrible service but never acknowledge great customer service. These two worker went over and above even explaining the rewards program. Thank you both again for a pleasant experience

The Birmingham staff really helped me out in a pinch today. I placed a catering order at Jersey Mikes, and when I went to pick it up, there was a sign on the door that said they were closed for the day (and they never called me to tell me). I had a large group of people waiting in our school to each lunch in just 40 minutes. The two managers at Jimmy John's said they would help me, and they made two large catering boxes for me in about 30 minutes. They saved my staff/student party...read full review
