“Everything got pretty expensive over the last 4 years. Can get better quality at Art & Jakes and elsewhere at a lower price. Regardless, had to order the pepper steak and cheese with double meat to make the sub half decent like it used to be back in the day.
Food is good but $$$. Serving was great and everything except price was better than subway.“

“This is my second time at this location! I was greeted by Jayla who was very pleasant. When I picked up my order the young lady, Jam, offered me a paper tray which was nice to eat my food on while dining in, and the restaurant was very clean which gets ten stars for me. I would of liked a hook in the restroom to hang up my purse while I used the restroom. Otherwise a beautiful experience. I will be back to this location in Southfield on Northwestern Highway.“

But, I was invited in with warmth and incredible customer service as the two gentleman were eager to serve me one of the most delicious sandwiches I have ever had. The steamed meat; with flavor to spare to the crunchy bread on the outside to warm pillow heaven inside. And the mayonnaise they use is fantastic! It was absolutely delicious!😋 They also included a cup of their Cheddar Broccoli Soup and it was so delicious, it was honestly the first time I've ever tried Cheddar Broccoli Soup. Ahhhmazing!!! “First time eating @Penn Station. Most definitely will dine in again. Aaron was a great host! My daughter had a cheesesteak and I had a hot italian, fries, and lemonades. Fries were better than 5 Guys and lemonades reminded us like the fresh squeeze ones you get at a festival. Everything hit better than anticipated. The store was clean.“

“Best sub place around! I'm sensitive to both gluten and dairy, but I would not consider myself highly sensitive since I don't have issues with cross contamination. That being said I have never had a problem after eating at this Tubby's. They have gluten free sub buns! Only sub shop I know that has them. And their website has an allergen chart so it's easy to figure out what you can and can't eat. At this location they always clean the grill and change gloves since they know I'm sensitive to dairy and gluten. The food is always good and it takes a little longer than fast food but is worth the couple extra minutes. Highly recommend eating here.“

“I have been going to Potbelly for about three years. I started at the one on Crooks near 16 mile and now I go to the one in Rochester Hills. Today is Election Day. I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. “I am not used to coming into subways that are of this caliber. The food was immaculently displayed, and as a chef I know what it took for them to stand there at the slicer and let the vegetables fall that way. I had to give them a compliment on their food table presentation in the overall presentation of the whole store. I believe the owner / GM was there and he said that he really strives to run a tight ship. Thank you sir because I'm usually disappointed more often than not with food establishments now. It's like most of them do not care including the managers but this is not the case with you.“

This particular location was okay, I still don't think you should have somebody in there working by themselves for x amount of hours. The poor kid just did not want to be there and it was obvious. I had a four sub order and he went through the motions of making them and just kind of, blah. The parking in back was kind of creepy! but the parking in front was under construction so; I'm guessing that's why the place was dead. and if I wasn't in a "need them" kind of situation, I probably would have walked out and found a different location. It was just dark and not inviting at all. Idk.
So with that experience; and lack of yumminess, plus ridiculous prices; I don't see myself returning. Sad, because I used to LoVe subway!“
