“This place is a treat where everything is delicious. I've never had a beet in my life, tried the Beat Juice and it was wonderful. I've never ordered the same meal as I'm confident that whatever I pick will be fresh, delicious, convenient, and prepared the way I request. I still have more to try and am looking forward to next experience. This has become a go-to place for me.“

However, dear business owner, I am not impressed with the 2 young ladies running your shop as I write this review. I placed my order online and received an auto responder telling me that my two juices would be ready in 20 minutes. A fairly long wait but I ran another errand and arrived at your store 25 minutes later to pick up my order. The two young ladies who were sitting around with no customers in the store had not even noticed that an order had been placed. So, I had to wait even longer while they prepared my order. They were reasonably efficient at making my juices. Nonetheless, it was not the quick in-and-out experience that one would hope for.“

“Okay, I really like Playables. But I just came out of the one on Big Beaver and have one complaint. The music the workers were playing was awful! To each their own with music, but this was loud and I may have misheard, bit I thought I heard the F bomb. Not appreciated! The server was nice, the service great. The music, not much.“

“We have been here several times, as it’s one of our favorite places to eat. Service is usually pretty slow. But today was outstanding service! They checked on us twice when we were placing our order on the self-service kiosk. They were friendly and busy at work making everyone’s meals. “I had a terrible experience with ordering on the app and being delivered by DoorDash. Long story short, the staff at the royal oak location went above and beyond to get me my food! They offered to refund me and remake my food, but the manager Kurtis was exceptional and offered to personally deliver my food to me while working at the hospital! He did not have to do that, he wouldn’t even accept a tip! They remade my food and smoothie to ensure it was fresh! It wasn’t their fault at all that DoorDash dropped the ball. The consumer service here was Amazing! Elliot was patient and kind and very helpful as well!“

I recently had a delightful experience at Loa Pot, tucked away in Madison Heights, Michigan. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by wonderful aromas and noticed the impressive stove tops at each table, allowing guests to cook their pots to perfection. While it leans toward the pricier side, the overall experience certainly justified the cost in most ways.

Food: The quality of the food was commendable, though some dishes were just average. Nevertheless, I appreciated the extensive selection and the freshness of each ingredient. The menu itself was a bit overwhelming at first, but our server was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the choices.

Speaking of service, it was outstanding! Our server exhibited remarkable patience, ensuring we felt comfortable while selecting our meals. The water glasses never went empty, and the staff was very accommodating throughout our visit.

The atmosphere of Loa Pot truly captivated me. The walls were adorned with vibrant decor, adding to the restaurant’s charm, and the entire space was impeccably clean. It was a refreshing blend of beauty and cultural elements.

Overall, my experience at Loa Pot was exceptional. It's a fantastic spot for those looking to enjoy a meal in a social setting while savoring fresh food!

I would have to drive all the way up to the store and back for a refund. Seriously. What kind of service is that? I have missing food, you should be able to refund seeing I placed the order with you. That's not good service. It should not be this difficult for a $7 item or whatever it was.“

“This location has its ups and downs . I’ve had many issues with my orders in the past unfortunately the only time my order is right when the manager makes it otherwise my smoothie is never filled to the top and taste watery. Twice I ordered a jerk chicken wrap only to get back to work and bite into it there’s no chicken. I also had an issue with substitutions in my smoothie. I can taste when ingredients weren’t added“
