I've never ordered the same meal as I'm confident that whatever I pick will be fresh, delicious, convenient, and prepared the way I request. “5 Stars because, as a fellow small business owner, I know how important reviews are. I also understand how difficult it can be to find good employees. My juice was fabulous. However, dear business owner, I am not impressed with the 2 young ladies running your shop as I write this review. I placed my order online and received an auto responder telling me that my two juices would be ready in 20 minutes. A fairly long wait but I ran another errand and arrived at your store 25 minutes later to pick up my order. The two young ladies who were sitting around with no customers in the store had not even noticed that an order had been placed. So, I had to wait even longer while they prepared my order. They were reasonably efficient at making my juices. Nonetheless, it was not the quick in-and-out experience that one would hope for.“

“I travel a lot for work and so I try a lot of different smoothies & recently I was in town and stopped by here to try out a smoothie - it was hands down the best smoothie I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious and it was healthy! (It was the protein shake with espresso, I forget the exact name.) The staff was super friendly and helpful explaining their menu and what they offer. I highly recommend this place!! (The smoothie was full when I got it but I drank some of it before I remembered to take the picture lol.)“

“My husband and I went for a lunch date. We enjoyed the wraps and smoothies. We tried the chili and it was good but more like a veggie soup consistency with a little meat in it but still good. Id have to say the pricing is high but we will be going back to try more.“

I recently had a delightful experience at Loa Pot, tucked away in Madison Heights, Michigan. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by wonderful aromas and noticed the impressive stove tops at each table, allowing guests to cook their pots to perfection. While it leans toward the pricier side, the overall experience certainly justified the cost in most ways.

Food: The quality of the food was commendable, though some dishes were just average. Nevertheless, I appreciated the extensive selection and the freshness of each ingredient. The menu itself was a bit overwhelming at first, but our server was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the choices.

Speaking of service, it was outstanding! Our server exhibited remarkable patience, ensuring we felt comfortable while selecting our meals. The water glasses never went empty, and the staff was very accommodating throughout our visit.

The atmosphere of Loa Pot truly captivated me. The walls were adorned with vibrant decor, adding to the restaurant’s charm, and the entire space was impeccably clean. It was a refreshing blend of beauty and cultural elements.

“I had a terrible experience with ordering on the app and being delivered by DoorDash. Long story short, the staff at the royal oak location went above and beyond to get me my food! They offered to refund me and remake my food, but the manager Kurtis was exceptional and offered to personally deliver my food to me while working at the hospital! He did not have to do that, he wouldn’t even accept a tip! They remade my food and smoothie to ensure it was fresh! It wasn’t their fault at all that DoorDash dropped the ball. The consumer service here was Amazing! Elliot was patient and kind and very helpful as well!“
