“Usually I never ask a barista to remake a drink even if it’s wrong but I was having a bad day. I asked for extra white chocolate at the drive through and they made me park upfront. I think her name was Arianna ? A very sweet lady who said she remade the drink with love and that she did. Thank you Arianna for spreading the love :)“

“5 Stars because, as a fellow small business owner, I know how important reviews are. I also understand how difficult it can be to find good employees. My juice was fabulous. However, dear business owner, I am not impressed with the 2 young ladies running your shop as I write this review. I placed my order online and received an auto responder telling me that my two juices would be ready in 20 minutes. A fairly long wait but I ran another errand and arrived at your store 25 minutes later to pick up my order. The two young ladies who were sitting around with no customers in the store had not even noticed that an order had been placed. So, I had to wait even longer while they prepared my order. They were reasonably efficient at making my juices. Nonetheless, it was not the quick in-and-out experience that one would hope for.“

“I ordered the açaí bowl and overall I’d say the food was about 80% great — fresh fruits and good flavors, though there’s still a little room for improvement.
However, the atmosphere and service were a full 100%! Super friendly staff and a relaxing space made the experience totally worth it.

“Where im from, there’s a smoothie bowl place on every corner so it’s been hard for me to find one here that’s as good as home. Well this one hit the spot.

The service was spectacular at at no other place have I found have you been able to mix the bases. Personally I love the coconut with the açaí but here they had banana, so of course I tried that and it was spectacular.

Prices are pretty reasonable and for the bowls, you get a decent amount and it thaws just as good for left overs.

10/10 will be my new stop for an after work smoothie“

“I have catered from this location as well as eaten at this spot. And I love it so much. The owner, Ray, helped me get a catering order for our team 2 weeks now. And our team have been raving about it. Ray is awesome and willing to work with you. On top of that, if you and your team have gluten free, health conscious, or vegetarian needs look no further! The menu has something for everyone. The meal sizes are very generous on top of that. I ordered burritos, oatmeal, chia pudding, and Mom's toast and the feedback was amazing.“

I’ve had many issues with my orders in the past unfortunately the only time my order is right when the manager makes it otherwise my smoothie is never filled to the top and taste watery. Twice I ordered a jerk chicken wrap only to get back to work and bite into it there’s no chicken. I also had an issue with substitutions in my smoothie. I can taste when ingredients weren’t added“

“The service was pretty good and fast considering they were busy. The place is very small though and not conducive for large groups really, and crowded spaces bother me a bit when standing around waiting for food. But it’s clean and modern on the inside.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegan protein option for smoothies. No added sugars/honey to any of their smoothies

Dietary restrictions: For those who can’t have peanut butter almond butter is an option, dairy free options and gluten free options“

“I had a terrible experience with ordering on the app and being delivered by DoorDash. Long story short, the staff at the royal oak location went above and beyond to get me my food! They offered to refund me and remake my food, but the manager Kurtis was exceptional and offered to personally deliver my food to me while working at the hospital! He did not have to do that, he wouldn’t even accept a tip! They remade my food and smoothie to ensure it was fresh! It wasn’t their fault at all that DoorDash dropped the ball. The consumer service here was Amazing! Elliot was patient and kind and very helpful as well!“

That’s why, as a company, I did not give Beyond Juice a full five star rating. But, still a favorite of mine.“
