“Red Knapps is a good comfort food restaurant with some surprisingly wonderful, more formal dishes to offer as well. This is our go-to place when nothing else appeals to us. The atmosphere has a genuinely tasteful feel with paneled walls, coved ceilings, and large pictures of horses here and there. The bar area is often well attended, and I believe that televised sports are on the televisions.

“The Orion Grill has become a positive addition to our neighborhood. The. chefs are far above other places near us. There is no place better for miles around for breakfast. Outdoor eating is a treat. To add more atmosphere. The cook is in the dining room. He is arguing with a server. Both are incessantly arguing with one another over petty work place drama. Everyone can hear every word and it’s just really awkward to listen to that kind of bickering.

But today there was a server(not even ours) who went out of her way to make my young sons(2&4) feel special. With a random act of kindness. When I told my son that I didn’t have any cash for the duck claw machine, she overheard and had pulled a pair of singles out of her book for my sons to “win” a duck. I didn’t accept it, because we have too many toys as is, and my wife generally keeps a little cash(which my son begged from her). I didn’t her name, but I hope her manager sees this. She is a lovely young woman 5ft(ish) with medium brown hair in 2 long braids.“
