“They are the absolute best!“

“Everything was good. Service ,Food. I'm just a bit confused tho. You walk in it looks like a Lodge. Very nice wooden Bar with many taxidermy works displayed in a log cabin feel. You walk past that into a side room, and your in a 60 and 70s displayed poster room of music posters. And past that room back to a lodge feel with high cielings and wooden cieling beams. They did have what looked like a nice outdoor seating area open during warmer weather.Everything was Great just not sure about the music room.“

On the bar side there are plenty of huge screens, but there is also a dining room side that doesn't have all of the distractions if that's what you're looking for. Prices are very reasonable and portions are large.“

“Basically, this location has gone DOWNHILL over the past 3 to 6 months, after Mike and a few other tenured staff people left. The cooks either don't care or aren't paid enough to get your order right and, once again today, the A/C here was not working, doors were propped open and 1 of only 2 toilets in the Women's Restroom was working. “We’ve always had good food and service any time we’ve been here. It’s exactly what you’d expect. But today there was a server(not even ours) who went out of her way to make my young sons(2&4) feel special. With a random act of kindness. When I told my son that I didn’t have any cash for the duck claw machine, she overheard and had pulled a pair of singles out of her book for my sons to “win” a duck. I didn’t accept it, because we have too many toys as is, and my wife generally keeps a little cash(which my son begged from her). I didn’t her name, but I hope her manager sees this. She is a lovely young woman 5ft(ish) with medium brown hair in 2 long braids.“

“we celebrated our anniversary today and our server was Melissa and she went out of her way to make our special day one to remember. She was so attentive and told us some history that we didn't know. An outstanding server. Kudos to the chef who cooked my steak to perfection along with great veggies/baked potato. My wife very much enjoyed the pot roast dinner. thanks again staff for a great meal.“

“We enjoy places that offer a Happy Hour which includes FOOD options. I do not drink alcohol, but I enjoy trying new places and offering a happy hour menu with food allies me to do that. Clam chowder was good, wings were ok, we did ask for extra crispy but we didn't get that ( I think many kitchens are on auto pilot and don't always look at the guest's request, this happens a lot with french fries being undercooked), dynamite shrimp was good but I could have used more seasoning. Brit was our server and was fantastic. I also appreciated that the other staff members were helping each other by clearing plates, bowls, etc. . Great causal place.“

“We went to Bitter Tom’s for my birthday last night. Not only were the food & drinks amazing-especially the feta spinach dip. But the service was PHENOMENAL. Our waiter was Joe, he even joined us in eating the birthday cake we brought! And another waitress, Alyssa, was so friendly & helpful with my cake. She put it in the cooler, got candles for me, lit them, cut the cake, & helped box it back up. All without being asked or being our server. I was astounded. Perfect experience & i could not recommend more!“

“The Orion Grill has become a positive addition to our neighborhood. The. chefs are far above other places near us. There is no place better for miles around for breakfast. Outdoor eating is a treat. Appetizer - spinach and cheese dip. Also very yummy. The flat bread was warm and soft with just enough crisp edges
Dinner -was delicious and I got 2! BF got ribeye and sweet potato. Delivered perfect. I ordered sirloin cooked rare plus and shrimp with corn on the cob. Lol got the wrong order. Was noticed immediately kitchen did a re fire before I even got to mention it to the waitress cuz they were on it. Just a mix up. Same entre, so easy to confuse.. they left me all the food. The timing of the service recovery and waitress were amazing. (wrong food most likely cuz someone working a differnt section was just trying to be helpful and help out while our waitress was busy)“

“First time visiting Ignite Tavern and I went because they were hosting a trivia night. Food was excellent and when I asked our waiter, Dave, what he'd recommend he gave me plenty of options to choose from. Then when I asked about the soup he provided me a sample taste and it was so good I ordered a bowl. We were there for about 2 hours and Dave kept coming by to check on us and top off our waters. I will definitely be back again for both trivia and the good food and service.“
