“Everything was good. Service ,Food. I'm just a bit confused tho. You walk in it looks like a Lodge. Very nice wooden Bar with many taxidermy works displayed in a log cabin feel. You walk past that into a side room, and your in a 60 and 70s displayed poster room of music posters. And past that room back to a lodge feel with high cielings and wooden cieling beams. They did have what looked like a nice outdoor seating area open during warmer weather.Everything was Great just not sure about the music room.“

On the bar side there are plenty of huge screens, but there is also a dining room side that doesn't have all of the distractions if that's what you're looking for. Prices are very reasonable and portions are large.“

“We’ve always had good food and service any time we’ve been here. It’s exactly what you’d expect. But today there was a server(not even ours) who went out of her way to make my young sons(2&4) feel special. With a random act of kindness. When I told my son that I didn’t have any cash for the duck claw machine, she overheard and had pulled a pair of singles out of her book for my sons to “win” a duck. I didn’t accept it, because we have too many toys as is, and my wife generally keeps a little cash(which my son begged from her). I didn’t her name, but I hope her manager sees this. She is a lovely young woman 5ft(ish) with medium brown hair in 2 long braids.“

“Food was ok. Lemon Rice soup was fantastic!! Our server was nice, polite. But it was freezing in there!! I overheard others complain to their servers. I totally get it as i used to wait tables pre-Covid. But almost every server was wearing long sleeves/hoodies. And if I was cold, the other patrons had to be miserable!“

An outstanding server. Kudos to the chef who cooked my steak to perfection along with great veggies/baked potato. “Such a wonderful place, great vibe, delicious food and sitting outside is the ultimate experience, overlooking the river! Absolutely loved it so much, I went two days in a row! The hamburger and fries I had yesterday were so tasty! Today, I had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and fries! Sauce on the side. Brit was my server and she was phenomenal. I will definitely be going again.

Parking lot is small, so just go around the corner and park in the free parking lot and find your way through the parking lot to Main Street or go through the trail system. Afterwards, take a beautiful walk along Riverwalk.“

“We went to Bitter Tom’s for my birthday last night. Not only were the food & drinks amazing-especially the feta spinach dip. But the service was PHENOMENAL. Our waiter was Joe, he even joined us in eating the birthday cake we brought! And another waitress, Alyssa, was so friendly & helpful with my cake. She put it in the cooler, got candles for me, lit them, cut the cake, & helped box it back up. All without being asked or being our server. I was astounded. Perfect experience & i could not recommend more!“

“The Orion Grill has become a positive addition to our neighborhood. The. chefs are far above other places near us. There is no place better for miles around for breakfast. Outdoor eating is a treat. “First time visiting Ignite Tavern and I went because they were hosting a trivia night. Food was excellent and when I asked our waiter, Dave, what he'd recommend he gave me plenty of options to choose from. Then when I asked about the soup he provided me a sample taste and it was so good I ordered a bowl. We were there for about 2 hours and Dave kept coming by to check on us and top off our waters. I will definitely be back again for both trivia and the good food and service.“

“I have ALWAYS loved Kerbys. Even before I started working here. Now I manage the Waterford location, I love the friendly atmosphere. The whole crew (for all of the locations) are some of the best people I have brought into my life. Our customers are like are family! What I love the most is that Kerbys is a family owned company. They are supportive, and like our delicious koney dogs, always there when you need them! It's truly a place I personally call home. Dinner -was delicious and I got 2! BF got ribeye and sweet potato. Delivered perfect. I ordered sirloin cooked rare plus and shrimp with corn on the cob. Lol got the wrong order. Was noticed immediately kitchen did a re fire before I even got to mention it to the waitress cuz they were on it. Just a mix up. Same entre, so easy to confuse.. they left me all the food. The timing of the service recovery and waitress were amazing. (wrong food most likely cuz someone working a differnt section was just trying to be helpful and help out while our waitress was busy)“

“From personal experience I don’t recommend working here, I don’t know how Margret has a job as a manager speaking from experience as well she’s so entitled until the owner comes in. Two of the managers I had no problem with they were very nice and understanding, But Margret was a nightmare in disguise I’m not the first to walk out because of her just in the past month we’ve lost 4 people not including me because of the way she treats, speaks, and acts towards people. I’m not one for bashing anybody but I don’t know how they let someone like her work and manage a good restaurant like this. We’ve had a couple of disagreements, but I’ll get to the point because I messed up an order while serving she tried to get me to pay for the food keep in mind this is my first mistake and I did pay for the food out of my tips but after the argument, I was told by two co-workers she took out her laptop and changed my schedule from 6 days to 3, which is now messing with my income. I'm a young man trying to save up for my schooling at the moment, so when I found this out and saw my schedule for next week I called her as anyone would do, she then declined my call and I texted her to call me we need to talk, she immediately texts back I’m busy and I’m questioning your tone? This is over text as well not a phone call. So at this point, I’m like what is her problem I wanna talk it out. So I went on to tell her about what I was told by my co-workers and my schedule which let’s be real 50-year-old women messing with 20 years old income over a disagreement is just absurd and honestly insane. I texted her what I was told and she responded with I think you need to take a step back and think about who you're talking to? So at this point, I’m mad because now it’s just a toxic conversation created by her Margret, I went on to say how she has made the work environment toxic and uncomfortable and that messing with my income is completely childish, and I had already told my other manager that if this continues I’m putting my two weeks in. So In general they knew I was leaving the company it was a toxic and uncomfortable environment not only for me but for everyone, Margret and her husband Luis act like they own the place, her husband is just a cook but that’s beside the point, everyone working there would say the same, one of the managers is about to quit because of the way Margret treats him I won’t say any other names because this is just about her how she made it such a toxic and uncomfortable environment. After I asked her how she would feel if someone was messing with her income, I didn’t get a response for hours to keep in mind they already knew I was gonna quit so she fired me before I could. After about 4 hours I get a text message towards the night saying it would be best if I didn’t come back and work a Rio on main and to be honest I felt relieved knowing I would never work for someone like that ever again. This was just one event I could go into another time when I was super sick, but we’re not because I don’t even really have time for this after I was let go I told her I hope she has a great life but I will be leaving a google review and yelp review about her. She ruined the environment, she messed with my income, she verbally assaulted me multiple times at work, and she verbally assaults another manager who is about to quit because she has made the environment so toxic for anyone she doesn’t agree with or anyone who doesn’t obey the craziest authority. I would understand paying for food if you messed up 7 orders but after my one mess up I couldn’t believe the way she treated me there and other servers and staff. So sadly to everyone looking to work here, I’m sorry but I suggest you look somewhere else until this manager is gone she’s a very toxic and childish human being, if only I could post some of the things she’s said. Thank you for reading and listening to what I went through here. Also, think twice before you let someone treat you like an undervalued human or garbage we all have a voice let it speak.“

“This Chicken shack is clean and well-staffed. They are professional people who remember their customers and they're friendly and efficient. The chicken was great- hot and crispy and juicy inside. They made the potatoes for us with no butter and offered butter on the side which has never happened at the Chicken Shack we usually go to. I would have given it a five-star if the app or the website had worked but you have to receive a code in order to see the menu and after multiple multiple multiple tries I couldn't get in. So based on the food the service and the atmosphere it should be five stars“

“I went here for the first time with some friends to watch the NCAA tournament. I want expecting much but they had a good beer selection and the wings were really good....
