“Stopped in today for lunch. I ordered the Green Curry with chicken and an iced Thai coffee. The service was was quick and friendly. The coffee was rich and refreshing. The Green Curry was excellent. The vegetables were crisp, fresh and the flavor was spot on. I ordered it “hot” and although quite good, I think it was more “American” hot than traditional hot. Next time I’ll get it extra hot. Lol Still a small, quiet and relaxing place to go like it was during the Jade Garden days. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend.“

Also to my surprise they charged us a $1.25 for a pizza takeout box lol without mentioning it when we asked. I guess I should have asked for a foam box had I been given the chance. “We stopped on the way home from Frankenmuth. We always stop when on trips up north. Today was HIGHLY disappointing. I ordered a corned beef sandwich. The bottom bread was soaked, I’m guessing someone didn’t drain the sauerkraut. I pointed it out. Instead of taking the plate to the kitchen to remake the sandwich she went to get a new bun. About 15 minutes later. I said EXCUSE ME , she said she’s waiting for them to make it ?? It wasn’t toasted or anything what’s to make ?? Still waiting…she brought me a piece of bun. Now the cheese is cold all in a clump and I had to make my own sandwich. I could have done that at home. I have NEVER not tipped until today. Most was brought home so I can warm it up and make it properly. I didn’t hit DO NOT RECOMMEND only because over 16 years this was the first incident. The waitresses handling of it was very poor !! And it wasn’t busy what so ever.“

“My first experience with this place, we ordered pizza and it was very good our visit was before the price hikes. I bragged it up to friends. Several friends and myself went for lunch. My first surprise were the price hikes. We waited an hour for our food but good food is worth the wait right? We were the only patrons. I ordered the Italian salad. It was 10.49, when it came it was a large bowl 90 percent lettuce with a few tiny bits of tomatoes, banana pepper rings and a sprinkle of mozzarella chess’s. Just salad no bread sticks. My friend ordered the meatball sandwich which came nice and hot with plenty of sauce and cheese but no meat balls. When asked where are the meat balls the reply “oh they’re in there they’re just ground up. What???? My friend tore the sandwich apart looking for meat she found what may have been teaspoon full. She did say the bread was good. Price 12.99, another friend as for extra marinaria it came in a tiny paper cup about a tablespoon full. She wasn’t told of the extra two dollar charge until the bill came. We won’t be back needless to say. Sorry I’ve benn to some high quality Italian restaurants where the meal was worth the wait not so here.“

“Holy crap, you want to talk about a busy place it was my daughter's graduation and we had a party of 10.
The food was 8 out of 10 it was freaking excellent.
People everywhere and try not to bump into anybody. However it is Golden corral so that's exactly what I expected.

At first I thought it was a little pricey but then I realized what I get for my money it's a freaking smorgasbord of everything. The catfish was delicious and I had pina colada smoothies and a salad just the way I like it.
Gorged myself like a king.
We had a good time the whole family sitting around eating talking , my boy must have had nine ice cream cones.

“Food is normally good here. I do recommend this restaurant, but it has been regressing lately. We ordered a deep dish pizza the other night and it was absolutely terrible. The center of the pizza was as thin or thinner than normal, but the crust was absolutely beyond ridiculously thick. It was a small, and both me and my girlfriend ate one slice and said this is bad, and just ate the cheese sticks which were good.“

“We came in for breakfast and had server Kayla. I love t shirts and biscuits and gravy and she happened to be wearing the biscuits and gravy tshirt. I asked her if they had any for sale and she went out of her way to hunt one down for me. She brought drink refills without having to be flagged down and was just really nice. Kitchen clearly knows what it’s doing. Place was clean—floors spotless, tables wiped, bathroom stocked. No complaints there. Service was polite and quick (hard not to be when you’re the only ones in the building). Just can’t shake the ghost-town vibe. At peak lunch hour? Weird. Makes you wonder if something’s up—slow location, bad word-of-mouth, or just a fluke day. TL;DR: Food good, place clean, service fine—but noon and nobody here? Strange. “My family and I went out to eat last night (Saturday). The door was a little packed it was very busy, the wait for food was long but our server was very funny and entertaining and made it worth staying for. She also went out of her way for my nieces by offering her own paper and pens to draw on while they were having a hard time sitting for so long. Our servers name was Bre, she really made the visit worthwhile and we will always be asking for her when we come back!“
