Breakfast Restaurants in Brighton

“I wish all breakfast places were like this one!! Or better yet, I wish this place was near our town!! Super fast service! I took longer for us to read the menu and decide on what to get as of course we've never been there before, than what it took to get our hot fresh delicious breakfast!! HUGE PORTIONS!! The four of us each got our own breakfast and we shared the Cinnamon Roll French toast!! OMG way to much food, but SO good! Speaking of fast, one guy came in, ordered, got his food, ate and was out in less than 15 minutes!! Very friendly staff!
I don't think my words can describe how much I recommend this place.

“We had the Brisket Burnt Ends Egg Benidict and the Short Rib Hash this morning. Both were Fantastic. The Burnt Ends were perfect, just a light rub which made the meat the star, not the rub or sauce. The short ribs were also with just a light coating. Overall, hard to decide which was better. Will have to try them both again, or even a third time.“
