“It took time to get seated. Not because it was busy, the opposite, it was almost empty, only 1 other customer and the only person on service must have been hanging in the back. Once we were seated orders were taken quickly and food was brought out in a timely manner. Food was good. Only downside was waiting to get seated.“

“I’ve been coming to Early Bird Restaurant for 20 years, it maybe small but it really packs a punch with it Great Food selection and flavor. One of my favorites is the Meat Skillet with scrambled eggs (ITS AWESOME). I also have to mention that the staff has is AWESOME, most have been there for years and they are all great. This IS my number (1) Restaurant by far.“

“I had a great experience at Anna's House in Milford today with 2 of my friends. The atmosphere was bright and comfortable, the food was delicious and the service was fantastic! Madeleine was our server and she was friendly, fun and attentive. We will definitely return and recommend Anna's House!“

“The food is what makes this place. While short staffed, they did an adequate job. When we were seated, we waited about five minutes before a waitress came by with water, put the glasses on the table, at the edge, not in front of us, and left without a word. No hello, good morning, smile, nothing. A few minutes later, utensils wrapped in a napkin were brought, in the same manner. Eight minutes later, we got up to walk out, but another waitress came up to the table to take our order. Friendly, and apologized for the wait. We stayed and enjoyed our meal. But I doubt we’ll go back. I recommend it for the food only. The first waitress left us with a bad impression, we didn’t feel welcome, but the one who actually took our order somewhat made up for that. But we’ll go somewhere else next time. Shame, because the food was excellent.“

“The food is most delicious but the service is truly EXCELLENT!! I met a long time friend here I hadn't seen in over 20 years. My brother suggested this place and I'm glad he did. The food was prompt and the service professional and kind. I cannot remember the young lady's name that served us but I fell in love with her. Now I'm back and once again the atmosphere is warm, the food is delicious and the service impeccable.“

“We love this place! The restaurant always has a wonderful variety of music but it’s never so loud that you can’t have a conversation with the person across from you. The food is always amazing, no matter what we choose but the cherry on top is the service. While we have never had bad service while eating here, no matter how busy…what we have had is EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Today we dined with Kamani M. and he was both polite and personable. He interacted with my boys without being prompted and checked in often during the duration of our meal. It’s the little things like this that keep me and my family coming back.“

“Landed in Novi and found this great place for breakfast. Friendly waitstaff and the food is delicious. I had the lobster Benedict. And when I got it at 8:15 - there wasn’t hardly anyone there. But by the time I left, people were popping in on a regular basis. You know this is a place for locals, because I hear the staff welcoming Customers like they are long term friends.“
