“There were eggshells in my omelette. The parking is absolutely deplorable. The manager dismissive. Definitely Matt driving back for the parking and traffic inconvenience. No discount offered did not want another omelet nor did I want to refund. A minor gesture for the inconvenience for a mistake that probably wasn't intentional. Lots to be desired this visit.!!!! Disappointing to say the least.“

“My son and I went there for the 1st time today. This is an awesome restaurant where you are made to feel like family. The food was phenomenal and you can taste how fresh it is. The entire staff is extremely friendly and they help each other for an outstanding customer experience.“

“We had an excellent experience eating brunch at First Watch! Our server was Bree and she was extremely nice, kind, and attentive. The breakfast tacos were incredible (substituted potatoes instead of barbacoa) and the chocolate chip pancakes were balanced and not too sweet.

The food was excellent, and our server Bree was even better! My wife and I really appreciated her attentiveness and kindness. We never were left waiting and she checked in frequently and accommodated our requests gracefully. She made a special day for us even better!“

“This is our second time coming here and sad to say it wasn't has good at first time. I don't know if it's because of the Valentine's menu. Smaller menu but the JUMBO SHRIMP SCAMPI was alot of sauce and very little pasta and vegetable that my son had. My husband had the fish and it dryed out with no sauce to help. But I love the MAMMA'S PASTA. My family was helping me eat my pasta was soo good and they didn't care for their food. Maybe we need to go when it's not Valentine's times.“

“Over the summer I found out the gender of our first baby. The waiter was so kind in helping surprise us with blueberry pancakes to let us know it was a boy! The entire floor staff and kitchen were extremely sweet congratulating us and making our day so special. Thank you all for creating a beautiful memory for us to look back on 💙 the gluten free pancakes were wonderful and safe for me and the rest of my family loved their meals as well!“

“This is a Beautiful establishment. The food is excellent. 👌 I had the vanilla bean waffle with fruit, beef bacon, and seafood grits. Everything cooked to perfection. I recommend giving this place a try. Oh I can't forget the Hawaiian mimosa 😋“

“I have visited this location a few times and had good experiences. The omelets and good and creamy with their cheese sauce. The pumpkin pancakes are excellent when they are in season. Can't wait for them to come back. I usually get the breakfast type foods from here so not sure on the lunch and dinner options. The staff has been friendly and helpful on my visits. The cleanliness could be improved as I have found the floors sticky on several visits. Still worth trying this location out for yourself and your family.“

“We went on a Wednesday morning and were immediately greeted and then picked our seats. Our waitress promptly took our drink order and then upon delivering them took our food order. Our Breakfast was on the table in less then 10mins and everything was great. We will return when we are in the area. I read the mixed reviews on here and I don't know how some of them could be so low?“

“The food was really good. Had the chicken quesadilla for the first time and I’d get it again! Very tasty and the salsa is really good too. The other entree was a traditional breakfast plate. Hash-browns, eggs, pancakes. The butter is whipped and really good. Asked for extra butter for the pancakes. The coffee was good. I like that they always give a variety of creamer flavors. She left the coffee pot at the table so I could just refill without asking.
Other than the food, the atmosphere was interesting. They weren’t particularly busy yet everyone kinda acted extremely rushed and made the place feel chaotic.
An ihop business meeting (or seemed like one) was at a table right in the middle of the place. Directly next to where we sat with just the small barrier in between. For something like that they need to pick a corner table. Not in the middle of actual customers.
The ONLY person that had genuine customer service and did make you feel rushed or made the place feel rushed was a lady that looked like a manager. She is black, a little heavyset, and I believe short curly hair. I didn’t get her name but she dressed like a manager. She was kind and personable. She was the only one. The other manager guy, white, tall, just made everything seem chaotic when it wasn’t.
Lastly, many of the booths were ripped. Not our booth (we would have requested a different one), but many that we could see.“
