“I put in a mobile order, and when I got to the window, I had a substitution to make to the order and they said no problem they would let them know. When I got to the window, the substitution hadn’t been made, and the person at the window said no problem. Keep that one and will make you a new one other, than that Everything was perfect.“

“Summer is close. Stopped with the 3 grandchildren for the first time of the season. The staff were full of smiles and very friendly. We had their chocolate cones except the 6 year old who wanted a banana split, 3 bites, and done. Go figure. Great experience“

“Worked here for a minute. It's a pretty clean place and food is fresh. Id say the only negative that can be said is customer service. The older ladies there can be quite negative to people. One will bluntly be rude to people and the other had made a man wait between 40-60 minutes for a sandwich because the machine was down. The man wanted to leave but she told him he cannot. After calling the owner the situation was sorted out making the man still pay for his sub even though it was an issue on our end. He pointed at me before going to his vehicle of wife and kids saying make sure people hear about this. So here I am.“

“It's your typical subway. Employees are always friendly and nice, food's always good and fresh. I will say this if you want to meatball sub get there early because they tend to run out of meatballs at least an hour before they close. I'm a Dago so I know haha ? they get two thumbs up“

“The "sandwich artist" was very polite and courteous and attentive. It was a cold Saturday morning and their was only 1 other family in the store, so it was quiet and calming. The 6" sub I received was delicious and filling! I would love to return this store.“

“I love the staff, doesn't matter what day I of the week I'm there, drive through or dine in. The staff are always professional, kind and courteous. Never a long wait and my order is always right. David Walker has done an outstanding job with staffing this location.Kid-friendliness: I brought my grands in on a weekend and the staff were so kind and courteous. Asked my permission before offering and the crown. Best service EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK, dine in or drive through. “I had not been to Subway for years, but talked frequently with my wife about returning. Once we did return, I realized what we had missed. A clean and sanitary place for a really good sub, that's made to my specifications, in detail. I fell in Love with Subways Subs, all over again. it was "Love in first Bite".“

“I have a coupon for a free value fry which exclusively says"good at any carrols" which was also based on a fundraiser to support their own charity community scholarship fund and it has NO EXPIRATION DATE and the workers there would not accept my coupon after I waited about 10 minutes in their line for my free fry, and my ice cream purchase. This place is an absolute miserable joke and always has been. Every time you go there plan to wait 10 to 30 minutes for service and don't expect any type of hospitality or even ethics because you'll find none. Operate by their own poor standards and don't even honor a valid coupon for a free value fry. The lady said it was expired, yet it clearly carries no expiration and claims to be good at any carrols burger king location. I had zero issues claiming one in Ypsilanti a week ago. This location is just a dump.“

“Brendon was awesome with helping my decisions. Recommended the Italian herbs & cheese for the bread and provolone for the cheese. Fantastic. I’m always on the road and I usually have to get subway or something that can last a little while on the road. I’ll go out out of my way to stop at this location if I’m in the area. If Brendon is working ask him recommendation’s because he won’t point you in the wrong direction.“
