“Very nice restaurants overall! It has a clean, cozy, and warm log cabin vibe. The staff was nice and accommodating. My wife received a Mimosa for her birthday. The Corn Beef Hash and Bourdain sandwich were both outstanding! Only one egg was accidentally included on the hash instead of two, but the staff was nice enough to lower the price a little and get us free coffee. I've never heard of ANY place that cares about their customers this much! We left very happy and we can't recommend this place enough!”

“While we had hoped to try Legs Inn, they were not pet friendly so we bypassed and landed at Polish Kitchen. Sometimes what we think is a disappointment turns out to be a hidden surprise! PK was VERY good and accommodating. We've been to Poland multiple times and PK's cuisine took us right back! Smacznego!”

“Can’t say enough great things. Great beer, great food. The outdoor seating was outstanding for a large group. And management supports animal welfare! Don’t leave your dogs in the car! Management was quick to identify patrons and address the issue of dogs in the car on a hot day. The place is dog friendly, so it made zero sense for dogs to be left in the car. The response was very much appreciated.”

“Absolutely Perfect Fall Stop! Uncle Frank’s Apple Town is hands down one of my favorite fall traditions! From the moment you arrive, the smell of fresh-pressed cider and warm donuts fills the air — pure happiness. The staff are always friendly, the grounds are spotless, and there’s something for everyone — from families with kids to anyone just looking to soak in some cozy autumn vibes. Their cider is crisp and perfectly sweet, the donuts melt in your mouth, and you can tell everything is made with care and pride. The atmosphere is festive but relaxed, and every corner feels like a little slice of fall magic. 🍎🍩🍁🐝 If you haven’t been yet, go! You’ll leave smiling, probably with a gallon of cider (or two) and a dozen donuts you won’t want to share. Ps…I love seeing the Quad every year and knowing the bumbles helped make it all possible 🐝🍎”

“Been living in Northern Michigan for over 10 years and never knew about Crooked Tree Breadworks until now. This artisan bakery has amazing breads and pastries. The Epi Baguette is fantastic, as is the classic sourdough bread. Tried the orange currant scone and it was delicious. The holiday stollen was reduced to six dollars. There were boxes leftover from Christmas so I bought one. Honestly, the stollen was too old and stale to have been sold to customers. Even though I warmed and toasted the stollen, it was still tasteless. So glad I came here twice because they do have outstanding artisan baked goods but prices are somewhat steep which is expected in an affluent place like Petoskey.”
“Is there anything better than a cold beer after skiing at Nubs Nob? Answer...No.Super friendly atmosphere with ample seating inside and out if you wish to sit outside. 90 percent skiiers/snowboarders but there seem to be a few locals that like to visit depending on the weather. Everyone there is there to have fun. You can make new acquaintances there if you like, or just chill out minding your own business. The pub requires guests to be 21 +, so leave the kids behind if you can.Bob the bartender is a great guy and a professional. He will set you up. Drinks only. No food options in the pub.Friendly hint, if possible bring a few bucks cash with you to tip. The credit card machine does not allow a person to add gratuity. I don't normally carry much cash anymore. What little I did have went into the tip jar. I will know better next time.”

“This resort has incredible value- so impressed! An impeccable quality of service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. We had Champagne and cookies provided to us upon arrival, the rooms were beautifully upgraded/ maintained, the skiing was challenging, and the hot tub area with poolside service was perfect. Food was consistently good in all of the restaurants we tried. Definitely will be back!”
