Who owns this KFC!?!. Holy dear lord this is the worst KFC I've ever been to. Just demolish it because there is no saving this nightmare of a a fast food place.
If I could leave 0, I would. I work in the restaurant industry. So I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Thought maybe they were short staffed. They weren't, seen 4 employees in the over 30 minute wait. Pulled up to speaker, AI pops on and asks for order, she cuts it out says please hold. Waited at speaker for at least 5 minutes. Order was incorrect young man working at register was complaining that he don’t get paid enough for this job and he ain’t gonna do all this.
