“I originally got an 8pc Bucket Meal and it was missing a piece of chicken and the chicken was soggy, a greasy ball of mess and not really edible. However, I called back in and spoke to the store manager Darron, and he was understanding and friendly, he offered to replace my family meal for me on my next visit, which I did today. The replacement meal has to be the best I've ever had from any KFC, the chicken was fresh, crunchy and tasty. The biscuits were fluffy, warm and hot. The mashed and coleslaw were also very good. It's clear that Darron takes good care of this store and I am glad that he took good care of me as a customer there. I don't eat KFC often, and this particular KFC has been hit or miss for me over the past 10 years or so, but managers like Darron are the reason I will keep coming back. Customer service is 5 stars for sure.“

“Was on the road, headed to a meeting and running late so decided to Wing it for lunch! The Place was very clean and the Owner Andy and His wife were very friendly and took the time to explain everything. They just have wings and fish and fries so don’t expect a slider or slice of pizza! I didn’t try the fish but the Classic Bone in wings were cooked to perfection and the flavor of the Tropic Heat sauce was yummy and not too hot! I also tried the boneless wings with Buffalo Ceaser, the sauce was amazing although I preferred the Bone In wings for future reference! The Fries were seasoned and crispy and I could eat them everyday! Give them a try they have lots of great sauces homemade and the place is quite inviting!!“

“I haven't been in there in a while. Today I picked up a 5-piece dark meat fried chicken and 10-peice rib tips. Very happy with my order. Excellent fried chicken. I'll probably ask for the ribtips to have the sauce on the side next time, instead smothered in it. I'd prefer to dip them. Overall, it was extremely yummy.“

“Last time I went the person taking the order said to "hold please" so I held, waiting for her to let me know when she was ready to take my order. Kept talking to other workers and just laughing. Someone told her she had a customer. "Yeah waiting on them, their taking up there own time" If I wasn't feeding a big family at 8 pm I would of just left. Very rude, while the boss was sitting on her phone. We need more locations for church's.“

“Ordered on the kfc online app today, 6/10/23. Didn't know it was required to come inside to pick up mobile app orders. Called and spoke to the manager and explained to her that I was not able to come inside. She went above her duties to bring my food out to me outside. I highly commend her for that. Awesome service! Thank you so much. Next time, I'll make sure to be able to come inside when I order on the app.“

“We weren't greeted by anyone behind the counter when we came in, and it took a minute for them to decide who was going to take our order. The lady that did take our order was polite. Food was ready pretty quick, but no plates to eat our food on. I asked if there were any plates, that employee was kinda rude. No plates... The place was clean, but no salt or pepper on any of the tables, and I was hesitant to go up and ask for some because of the rudeness of the one employee. The food was as expected.Parking: Some of the employees cars were parked in the handicap spaces.“

“It's the Very Best Friend Chicken in the World! But there's a problem with 2 Michigan stores 1 on Miller rd Flint. the other is Clio rd. The Nastys looking place and the help is not much better Miller Rd. Need a Lot more HELP dirty places they sliding all over inside going after orders from stations to stations.OMG HELP this Place we need there Chicken to live.“

“In the past we have had bad experiences with several KFC in the area, In fact we drive the extra 8 miles to go to this one. We go past one a mile from us. The chicken is of excellent quality and consistency good. The pot pie is full of meat. We will continue to drive the distance to get this chicken.“
