“I often visit KFC during the lunch rush, and I'm consistently impressed with their service. Despite the busy time, it never takes long to get my food. They always get my order right, which is a huge plus. Everything tastes good, from the crispy chicken to the sides. It's a reliable and satisfying choice for a quick and tasty lunch.“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Dave’s hot chicken is really good. The food was hot and prompt. The prices are a tad high but the tenders are good quality.
One person in particular that has outstanding service is DREW. He was kind and very respectful. I had a crazy order and he got everything right.

“This comes from a chance experience with this location. Our son wanted chicken for dinner, and we made a quick decision to try this location. The five star rating is based primarily on the young man who was our cashier. His customer service was exemplary of what you want from customer facing employees. He was incredibly cordial and welcoming, informative and engaging. I sincerely hope that he is being groomed for management. The food was good for casual dining. The tenders over the fusion fries were very tender and tasty. The fries were perfectly crispy. Even while cleaning up our area and planning to leave, the young man was simply a joy. We continued to talk about his great service during our drive home. It's certainly made our day.“

I’m not sure who this one gentleman is, but his customer service is a breath of fresh air. I’m so glad when he answers the phone. For me, customer service is where it starts. If that’s not a priority, I will not patronize. Unfortunately, I had a not so pleasant experience with one of the ladies. It wasn’t a confrontation, but her demeanor came off as if taking orders was outside of her scope of work. A positive attitude goes a long way. It makes the day better for everyone. “This was my first visit, and I was served by a young man who looked younger than my 13-year-old son. Even so, his customer service was excellent and truly impressed me. It’s refreshing to see such polite, professional young people.

I came back several more times because of that great experience. I haven’t seen him again, but he definitely earned this business a loyal customer. To his parents, thank you for raising such a respectful young man.

The food was also great the chicken, potato wedges, and mashed potatoes taste like they were instant mashed potatoes, but they were also good. I first stopped in on my lunch break, and the next two times I came back, I bought enough to feed several coworkers.

The store this establishment is placed in has a great selection of craft beer options, which is a key criteria for a good liquor store to me personally.

The food caught my attention a bit though, and I got probably the greatest food salesman and customer service oriented person I've ever encountered in my life. Gave me a free chicken tender just to try, and it really was one of the best pre-prepared pieces of chicken I've ever had.

Proper FAST food at a better than average liquor store and good enough to even go a bit out of your way for. Exemplary personnel running the show. No notes, perfect establishment for what it's selling.“
