“I had a great experience at the Highland Park Krispy Krunchy Chicken location. The customer service was excellent—the staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided fast service. My order came out hot and fresh, just the way I like it.

The wings were crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The potato wedges were perfectly seasoned with a crispy outside and soft inside. The honey butter biscuit was warm and soft.“

“Every time I've come to this location, my chicken do be nice and hot. I typically receive my order the way it should be, however, this time my order was messed up. I called and spoke to the manager, and he was kind enough to replace my order. Some small improvements would be maintaining soft, unburned biscuits lol and good, quality customer service. Overall, they're still my go-to spot for a quick meal, for now.“

“5 stars! The entire crew on 6/20/26 @ 11 am. I originally orders sides from here and chicken from somewhere else just trying to save a few bucks, it back and the place with chicken failed me. I came in and asked them how quick if possible at all they could do a decent size order of chicken. If you're expecting traditional Guatemalan food, there are a few staples like tamales on the menu, but the real star here is the fried chicken. The chicken was cooked fresh and was absolute crispy and delicious perfection. The side dishes range from french fries, to salads, to black beans, all of which are enjoyable. While I waited for my meal, the restaurant also provided a cup of flavorful chicken noodle soup, that puts the typical bland versions of the dish to complete shame.Worth noting that the restaurant has it's own parking lot and the dining room, while small, had several four-top tables for seating.“

I’m not sure who this one gentleman is, but his customer service is a breath of fresh air. I’m so glad when he answers the phone. For me, customer service is where it starts. If that’s not a priority, I will not patronize. Unfortunately, I had a not so pleasant experience with one of the ladies. It wasn’t a confrontation, but her demeanor came off as if taking orders was outside of her scope of work. A positive attitude goes a long way. It makes the day better for everyone. I just gave her patience and grace. You never know what someone is going through. Not a big deal and I understand, but I thought it was worth mentioning because hopefully it helps. “Came for the liquor store, stayed for the food.

The store this establishment is placed in has a great selection of craft beer options, which is a key criteria for a good liquor store to me personally.

The food caught my attention a bit though, and I got probably the greatest food salesman and customer service oriented person I've ever encountered in my life. Gave me a free chicken tender just to try, and it really was one of the best pre-prepared pieces of chicken I've ever had.

Proper FAST food at a better than average liquor store and good enough to even go a bit out of your way for. Exemplary personnel running the show. No notes, perfect establishment for what it's selling.“
