I make an order on the phone and a person actually answers the phone and takes my order, very polite. My order was ready in 25 minutes for pickup. Hot and delicious food. Repeat happy customer .
Just lost a customer and will be losing more when I spread the word about how silly your rules are. When ordering a dinner I stated I did not want a sauce, which is $1.85 (I believe) but asked if I could get a roll instead as a substitution which is .50. No sorry we cannot do that. WTF, why not, ,you re coming out ahead, not losing money and satisfying a customer with a very simple request.
