“This is the first time I tried Flings, and I tried it because I read people's reviews on Facebook. I must say it was very good, everything was fresh, the staff was very friendly. The food tasted great, the chicken was not greasy at all and I absolutely love their barbecue sauce with their potatoes. Definitely will go back and will recommend it to others.“

“Popeyes is like a paradise for chicken lovers! The chicken is super crispy on the outside and really tender inside. They use these amazing spices that make it taste so good. The fries are seasoned just right, and the mashed potatoes with gravy are yummy too. Oh, and don't get me started on the biscuits – they're soft and buttery.The people there are really nice, and the food comes quickly. The whole atmosphere feels warm and friendly. “I went to The Eagle for lunch and it exceeded my expectations! The food was truly delicious. The chicken just about fell of the bone of my drumstick and the mac and cheese was the perfect creamy, yummy side. It was also a cool vibe! As a Detroit resident I love that there's a new place to watch a game that's not just a "sports bar." The service was great, bathrooms clean, and just a 10/10 spot!“
“The chicken shawarma sandwich was good. The chicken was extremely juicy which is rare for a shawarma place. They only serve chicken! I was not aware of that before heading there for a beer shawarma lol. The man behind the counter told me I could just wait in my car and he would bring the food out to me which is why I gave service 5/5. Food 4/5 and atmosphere 3/5.“
“This is my first time having their food I actually stopped in for gas and it was a spur of the moment thing. They have amazingly tender juicy chicken wings & fresh crunchy fries tasty fries i got a 4 PC meal I dont know what that white seasoning was that they sprinkle on it but it definitely was not salt it was tangy and tasty I seriously could not stop licking my fingers. “Gus's has the best chicken in Detroit and it's not particularly close. I feel like it has almost become underrated with time, but it still holds up.Gus's is one of the only places where I enjoy White meat. The chicken is that juicy. The collard greens are also awesome. This chicken isn't at all like the standard fare around town. It's got a unique batter and taste that I've yet to find anywhere else.The staff is incredibly nice and your food comes out promptly with any sort of modifications you want.Again, there have been a lot of new options for food that have popped up around Midtown. Gus's is still one of the best around and needs to be checked out. Best chicken in Detroit“
“Whew!! Amazing vibe overall! I enjoyed the 90s r&b on blast while I enjoyed a great meal along with a mimosa flight. Our bartender was so nice and recommended all the good stuff! Try the soul food egg rolls — you won’t be disappointed. I will always make this a go to when I visit Detroit.“
“The 5 piece chicken tenders were very dry and hard to chew, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because it was also around 8 at night. The place itself wasn’t the most appealing but it also looked like every other popeyes (not much complaint there). The fries were bomb. I truly do adore Popeyes, but this location wasn’t a 10/10.“
