“I would like to give a shout out to Kinjal for his awesome customer service but not only as being an employee of Dunkin but he always asks how my mom is doing with her going thru Cancer treatments and always asks how I am doing. Being in a business and having friendly staff makes it worth going! Store always clean and staff is always kind. Kinjal, you rock !!!“

“Drink are ALWAYS amazing. This was an actual pretty good and well serviced Dunkin, all the other reviews are so negative but I think they listened to the feedback and highly improved. When I placed my order on the app it took a little longer than usual (which is fine) so I went to ask the front lady that was working and she had my drink out within 2 minutes, so as I went to go get my drink, she gave me a free complimentary doughnut which is I’m guessing because they took longer than usual to make it, but which was very nice of them in which I was not expecting. Therefore definitely deserves 5 stars.“
