It's clear they are trained to prioritize both speed and accuracy, which made for a very pleasant experience.“

“The Dunkin DMC location has been the best for the around 2 years since the new staff came in! The staff are so nice and go above and beyond to learn your name and know my order every time I walk in. They also accommodate to make sure it is made to your liking. Moh and Somia are my fan favorites.“

“I love my coffee today!! It taste perfect. The staff was super nice, telling every customer to have a beautiful day as they left. The service was a bit slow but that’s only because there was only 2 people and one of them was in training, but they were super friendly and it was a great experience. My coffee taste amazing. “I use to only start my mornings at Dunkin every other day which was okay, but then Dunkin hired a new person name Bianca and she’s so welcoming and nice she gets it right every-time (Coffee lovers if you know then you know 🤞🏽) I have no complaints, what was every other day became every day she suggested items that would pair well with my usual order and she knows her stuff.
You don’t get that “let’s make it a great day”energy in the food industry but I do when I’m greeted by Bianca and when I leave it starts my morning off to a great start and I couldn’t be more elated about it.

“It’s Dunkin’, so Yum!
I got my order to go and started back to my hotel when I stopped to get a couple pictures of Greektown & the Detroit skyline. I tripped and my entire order ended up on the ground. I hobbled back and told them what had happened and they replaced my order (sans the coffee) at no charge. Great staff!“
