“I stopped by Tim Hortons just before closing and tried to go inside to check what they had left, but the doors were already locked. So, I headed to the drive-thru to place an order. Unfortunately, everything I wanted was sold out, and the only thing available seemed to be old-fashioned donuts.
Sensing my disappointment, the staff member went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind and told me to pull over while she sorted out what was available. In a wonderful gesture, she handed me a box full of goodies for free! Her thoughtfulness completely brightened my evening.

“This morning I stopped at Tim Hortons on my way into work. I did not realize I had my debit card locked when the sweet lady working took my payment. She asked me to pull around and she would bring the food right out. When she brought me my food I informed her that my card had declined and I wished for her to take my card again, she declined and told me I was good to go!
