“We got there right as they were closing the kitchen, around 8:30. Chris was great. She let us know and got our orders in, no problem! The burgers were delicious. The Boom Boom Wrap was amazing as well. Can't go wrong with the Reuben either! Great people, atmosphere and food. What else could you ask for? Thank you!“

“Cool, unsuspecting restaurant. Had the tasting menu. The soup was excellent, and the walleye didn't disappoint either. Wasn't very fond of the dessert but to each their own. Bar tender/server was a nice guy who was enthusiastic about the food and drinks. With 3 tasting menus ordered in our party I expected the chef to come out and say hello. As a chef for the last 20 years this is the best fine dining meal I have had in the Grand Traverse area. Highly recommended.“

“Let's start with the best part : the food. Great sandwiches and pizza ! Hot, fresh and quality ingredients. The Reuben pizza is a family favorite and my favorite is the turkey-slaw sandwich. There are also fun drink choices and a nice outdoor seating spot with trees and picnic tables for the family and pups. The biggest obstacle in going for me is the service ; the staff is kind - but it takes far too long for them to greet customers when they enter. I've waited 10 minutes to pick up my order and not a glance, no "hello, I'll be right with you" - a total lack of acknowledgement. I wish I could say it was a one off, but it has now proved to be a pattern. Again : I am so so pleased with the food and the prices offered are very fair (especially up here) but I do not like the way I feel when I am there. Definitely a must-visit if you're in the area to visit regardless.Vegetarian options: Many veggies and sandwiches to choose from.“

“Lake Ann is so fortunate to have this little gem in their village. Don't let the small size fool you. Good selection on the menu, fairly priced, just right portions and.......good food. Can dine in or you can order take out, sit at the brewpub next door and enjoy a cold brew while your order is prepared.“

“It's so nice to have a place like this on the lake! Great destination, good food, drinks, music. We were able to have our (well behaved) golden sit on the grass with us, which he loved. It's a fun adventure down from the Narrows and a relaxing, casual spot to have a drink; they're also very helpful with docking!“

“We've driven past the charming location so many times saying, "We really need to try it!" before finally making reservations on a Sunday evening to take my parents there when they visited in November. We were all thoroughly delighted by every course -- not the least of which is arguably the broadest selection of Scotch anywhere outside of Scotland!We returned a second time on a Thursday and enjoyed the live (Celtic? Gaelic?) folk music along with an equally delicious meal. Looking forward to catching the next Scotch tasting event.“

“Super duper delicious! They were short staffed, but we couldn't tell! The meatloaf cupcakes are SAVORY! the Lobster Bisque is great, and the Bang Bang Shrimp is something to write home about! “They were very busy but our server still managed to provide excellent service. We order a couple of apps, a couple orders of perch, a burger, and an order of chicken tenders. The tenders were homemade, tender and juicy! The perch was equally good. The burger was large, nice and juicy. Even the ranch dressing was good!“
