“Truly a special meal. This was BETTER than the photos. Every single thing we ate (baked mozzarella, parfait, salmon Benedict, apple pancake) was so incredibly delicious. Honestly the best meal of the trip. Service was also wonderful. So glad we made the trip out here.“

Good drink options and appetizers as well. We had a fish sandwich and a Reuben and both were excellent. Service is super fast and the staff is really friendly.“

“This place may be ranked #2 beer garden in the US, but I can guarantee the #1 beer garden is nowhere near as good as Hop Lot. Their brisket sandwich was very delicious. The pretzels were also super good. I was here for a Bachelors trip and was a little tipsy and they treated me very well. They were very helpful and several waiters checked on me throughout. We need to make this place the #1 beer garden because this place is a must if you are in the area.“

“You know how there’s always that one special place from your travels that holds a lasting, fond memory? For our family, it’s the Little Traverse Inn. We stumbled upon it during a trip to Michigan several years ago, and it ended up being such a memorable stop — a wonderful meal, warm atmosphere, and the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. Our kids were little then and had the best time climbing the big tree outside and running around the grounds. It’s a memory we all cherish, and we still talk about it whenever friends or family mention heading to that part of Michigan. We’re hoping to make it back again soon — it will always be a favorite.“
