My kid's favorite pizza ever is the Idaho Deluxe! I ordered takeout and didn't notice they forgot the chicken on my full sized chicken cashew salad and was given the half sized instead. I wanted them to take the salad off my bill, but she said my options were to leave my kid's birthday party or get a credit for next time, so I chose the credit. After she took all my information she said I get a side salad next time I come in. That's not even what I ordered. The food is good just check and make sure your order is correct before leaving if you get takeout. This is the first time I've ever called an establishment and the interaction was disappointing. I always tip on my takeout orders too.“

“Party of four had dinner there on July 4, 2025. Food was good, but not as advertised on the menu. The apple salad was small and did not have candied walnuts on it and the nachos had no cheese on them. The 1/2 ribs that my husband ordered were tasty, but we ended up ordering cheesy fries after our meals because we were still hungry. The ribs came with coleslaw and nothing else.The server was friendly and efficient.“

We ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, a cedar run burrito, and a bacon breakfast skillet to go, and every single item was delicious. What really stood out was the service — the staff went above and beyond by bringing our order directly out to our car and including everything we could possibly need: utensils, salt, pepper, you name it. They were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcomed. The combination of excellent food and exceptional service makes this a definite must-visit spot in Traverse City. Highly recommend.“
