“Great place for eating! The loaded mac and cheese, with brisket, it usually comes with 3 slices. Well... I was recently at the restaurant, there was only one slice of brisket that came on the plate. When I inquired about there being only one slice, verses 3 slices of the same length and size, I was told that it's done by weight, and it must be a bigger piece than past times... UM WRONG... I NORMALLY GET THIS MOST OF THE TIME I COME HERE... Not a happy customer, and walked out to go somewhere else...“

“Klavons in Jackson has the nicest and most caring staff and management. Our car broke down in the parking lot and while we figured out what to do we ate inside. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. My daughter was feeling unwell so we were sitting outside figuring out what to do and a member of the staff getting on shift brought us all ice water to stay cool. She also offered for us to sit in the lobby in the ac. Soon after, the manager and his son came out to check on us. He told us to come inside and get the kids out of the heat and we were welcome to stay until we get situated and get a ride. The staff got us a table and checked in on us often. I highly recommend this place not only for the delicious food, but for the genuine care of the staff. A million thank yous again to the Jackson staff for your hospitality!“

“Ordered my new favorite pizza from my new favorite pizza restaurant. I love the crust isn’t tough and chewy, their sauce is fantastic, I love that you can get the old fashioned cupping pepperoni. “Pizza was great, but the only thing is. I feel extremely bad for the woman working. I assume she was the proprietar. She seemed over worked. She was super nice, and accommodating. I unfortunately have to recommend that you stop. Hopefully she can get some help that can feed you the same love, she fed us. The pizza is phenomenal. The bread sticks remind me of crazy bread 30 years ago, but better. Please stop and get some good food.“

“I have been working on the road out front for almost 2 years now and I loveeee Luigi's. The sauce is superb but doesn't leave my heartburn churning. The cheese is perfect, they don't skimp like a lot of others but the don't load it down so it's so heavy it falls off either. Best of all is the service, I like my pizza well done and include that in every pizza order everywhere yet this is the only place that takes the time to get it right. Their specialty pizzas are a nice switch up and I will be sad when we move to a different site!“

This pizza is good as mancinos if not then better guaranteed!I live in Lansing and use to go there with a old irrigation company 7 years ago i went back to show the wife and kids about this place i forgot the name at the time but i just remembered all the turns and remembered how to get there lol some how and still to this day its my favorite pizza if im ever in jackson again i will be dinning in again excellent customer service if you have never ate here your missing out!!“

“Ordered delivery for the first time rather than pick up. The driver seemed annoyed that he forgot my salad and when he suggested bringing it back I said OK. Once he brought it back it was simply that a salad in a bag no silverware no dressing no croutons. I understand mistakes happen. That’s two in the same transaction. Common sense says to grab necessities for items ordered. I always tip decently hoping that the person(s) put in extra effort and they don’t. Now I’m left with a dry AF salad and no 🍴 anyway 🤦 *get yourself together people. Put some effort in to your job. You will get respect because we notice when you’ve done a great job. *“
