They Always have that staple that you forgot to grab at the grocery store and whether it's your first time in the door or the 500th, everyone treats you like you've been there since day one. “We always order delivery and it is on time with courteous people and hot.We had a glitch with the online delivery in which the the app ordered no cheese on 1/2 and extra cheese on the other. This happened twice.The half with the extra cheese was great.Both sides the crust was soft and tasty, The tomato sauce could be a little bit more aromatic.I called to explain that our second online order arrived with only 1/2 cheese. The representative was very kind and concerned and ordered another pizza to be delivered.That pizza was perfect.On the whole, this store has great customer service, delivery service and great pizza.Don’t hesitate to order, maybe be careful of the app.“
“I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve came to this store and I’ve been coming for at least 2 years but I find it to be sad that people have consistently complain just trying to get free food or making false claims for instance there’s a review saying the manager Dylan needs to be fired for telling people falsified information I was at the store when this incident occurred and the individual who made the review had came in and started harassing Dylan and the other employees then got mad when Dylan said he needed to leave because he was harassing them also everyone who has marked one star and or said they had the worst service just saying I’ve found pubic hair in my food at other restaurants which is a lot worse than just having greasy food so people need to keep that in mind when they say they’ve had the worst experience because there is alway worse“

“They serve pizza at the Cafe and the actual pizza area is takeout only. The layout is a bit confusing but the statue out front was pretty cool. For some reason I was expecting to dine inside the pizza area based on description. No worries i was still happy to visit. The roast beef dipper is the best in jackson county. Finally, the au jus doesn't over power the sandwich itself and you can taste the meat. The sauce on the pizza is out of this world and the salad tasted like it just came out of someone's back yard. And all for a super super reasonable price. I told my boyfriend I felt like I was back in the 90s in this restaurant with the nostalgia and how the food tasted. “I grew up in napoleon, this place was built after I left... I just recently moved back to napoleon In Jan of 2023 and have stopped here 3 times so far. This place is amazing. My kids always order personal bbq chicken pizzas they love them and the prices are amazing. I have had pizza, chicken quisadillas, and some of the subs. They're always consistent and delicious! Prices are fair considering there are not vary many other restaurants with in 10 miles+! The staff is always upbeat and fantastic additudes always smiling which made the experience that much better!The only negative thing I can say is the hours are a bit weird they definitely need to open earlier I'd say around 1030am and stay open a little later 9-10pm and also should open on Sunday!“

“I've always loved going to portage lake for some nice getaway and camping. Patty's has always been a landmark in the Waterloo area and is a must when I'm in the area.Their pizza is honestly really good. Made fresh and to your liking. Prob the best pizza in the area. You won't be disappointed. The place has nearly everything you'll need and is a must if in the area.“
