“Good place to eat and get a beer. Anthony was our server and did a good job. My artichoke dip came out without the dip but Anthony quickly fixed it. And it was really good. The girl at the door seating everyone seemed really odd. I told her we needed two seats. She grabbed the menues and silverware. We followed her to our table. She put the items on the table and left without saying a single word to us. I usually expect them to say follow me or tell me who will be our server. She didn’t say a word. Seemed mad. But it is a beer and burger place. Maybe I expect too much of people.“

“Apps were incredible. Patio seating was lovely. Hosts and servers were accommodating for our large group. The pizza was quite good, some of the red pizza options were a bit soggy, but good flavor on the red sauce and an excellent char on the crust. Would have preferred a bit chewier and more glutenous crumb (especially for sourdough pizza) but nothing to complain about. Would like to come back here for entrees considering how good the apps were. Good selection of local beers, largely Arbor Brewing and a few other craft standouts.

Parking is a circus and there are no handicap spaces or cutouts for wheelchairs.“

“We visited Mani for the first time with our group of 6 friends. The restaurant is cute and the different levels and layout was nice. Very cool to see the open kitchen. The tables were very small and cramped. We were at a table for 6 but with 6 adults we barely had room to move our arms comfortably due to how short the table was and how close to the wall. We visited around 8 pm so it was very busy but even being that busy, our cocktails took an exceptionally long time to come out. We got the calamari and the focaccia to share. The calamari was good and the focaccia with the honey butter and chili oil was honestly the best bread any of us have ever had. The combination of the bread and the butter and honey and chili oil was unexpected but absolutely fantastic and delicious. I got the Cacio e Pepe which was very good. I tried my friend’s shrimp scampi pasta and it was fantastic. The pizza was also very good. I got the isalita margarita and the espresso cocktail which were both delicious. Our sever was good as well overall. The only other complaint is that for the 6 of us all of our meals came out separately. I have never been to a restaurant where they don’t hold the food until it’s all ready to come out. There was almost 10 minutes between the first person who got food and the last of us who did. Luckily the phenomenal food and drinks will bring us back but hoping next time the service is a little more organized and we can get a table for 6 in the middle and not crammed against the wall.“

“Ordered here for the first time last night on 6/20/26. My pizza accidentally got sent out with a delivery order. When I got there the young man at the front desk took care of everything and I'm very professional and respectful tone. He made me a new pizza, and gave it to me for free because of the inconvenience. The pizza was great, and the service was even better. Highly recommend.“

“The food at this place is excellent. One of the best Caesar salads in town. The waitperson mentioned they take 72 hours to prep the pizza crusts. We’ve dined here 3 times and it’s always been delicious with a friendly server. But, the place doesn’t appear to get much traffic. I hope others will discover it and share our enthusiasm. I would hate to see it close.“

“This was my first time visiting Cottage Inn Pizza, and it definitely lived up to the recommendation from a family member. The service was outstanding! Antron helped us and went above and beyond—he took the time to explain the best deal, and even showed us how to earn some extra breadsticks.

“An absolute dream. My sister recommended this place to us so we stopped here after taking her for a dr apt. Everything we got was made with so much love. The inside is small so you order and sit on the patio ( fore warning ). We got the croissant which was heavenly. Mushroom soup. I got the coconut latte. My sister also got the tiramisu latte which was delicious. We can’t wait to come back and try the full restaurant menu. 15/10 recommend“

“Absoutely wonderful pizza. It's thin crust, but is still flexible, just as it should be. Tomato sauce is great, and the plethora of pepperoni delightful. While I've enjoyed one I got to take home, I recommend eating their pie at Mothfire, piping hot from the oven. Been looking for a great thin-crust pizza since I moved here. Now I've found it.“
