“We went through the drive through the salted Carmel shake made my son so happy I hap the pretzel bread burger 😋 the 8 and gratiot location is the best; fast and accurate with fresh and tasty 😋 there was adequate parking we parked and took beautiful pictures of the moon the night we was there. “After visiting Portillo's in Chicago many times I was excited to learn that there is one much closer to us. Finally got to try them yesterday and they did not disappoint! Great food and fast and friendly service! Now only 2 hours away instead of 7. Hope to have many more trips across the border!“

Must give high praise to the 3 employees their tonight.
There was orders lined up for door dash plus walk in behind walk in.

The crew still tried their best to get the orders out as fast and accurate as they can. You could see they were a little frustrated (BUT THAT HUMAN, THEY ARE NOT ROBOTS AND CANT CONTROL POOR MANAGEMENT LEAVING THEM UNDERSTAFFED) they still gave good customer service.

My order was done correctly and I just want them to be acknowledged.“

“They really cool in here, the food is always fresh. The customer service is lowkey unmatched, it be so down to earth. Pickups are really smooth and easy, or if you place in person, it’s never a long wait time. They better than most of the locations around.“

“I have been turned off to Subway for several years because many of their locations are dirty, have old looking ingredients or the staff is not using hygienic practices.

We swung by here on a whim today and this was the cleanest subway I have ever seen. The staff were friendly and the ingredients all looked very fresh. I was happy to see bins packed with clean knives since most subways use the same disgusting knives all days and wipe them off on the edge of the counter which is repulsive. This place was a breath of fresh air, happy to see a place taking cleanliness and quality seriously!“

“Looked online and it said sloppy joes were still on the menu. Never had them and was working from home that day. Got there ...not so much. Okay. I'll get the deluxe ones. Never had.
Got home and realized the. Burgers are just waaaaaay too salty.

I've only had white Castle maybe 4 times in my 60+ year life in the Midwest. Two were in AZ.. those were great!!! But ...I think, in my opinion, Culvers is just tastier.

With that said, the lady at the window was very nice. Told me nicely that the joes were not available.
While waiting I noticed the outside garbage was spilling out. I told her and she seemed genuine that it would be taken care of.“

I met with Firaz (I hope I spelled it right) and cristie. Both were amazing host and made the best sliders! Our favorite was the fried chk slider with boom sauce and their steak slider was delicious. Also hangover slider was solid. Yes…we ordered a lot. Overall. Clean, GREAT food, and awesome people working here. Thanks for an amazing experience. My wife and I really enjoyed. “Second time visiting this location for a quick snack. And I've noticed building looks run down -exterior . A good power washing to the exterior brick building and so much needed repainting to the sign. And grounds would really make this business pop. This would show pride in ownership .when you visit this location. You can be the judge for yourself, butTo me it looks dingi, and run down. Sliders were fresh. Am I thankful for that. “My favorite cold sub is the #9 Club Supreme. And in the hot subs, the #15 Meatball and #18 Chicken parm are really good. They do a really great job and the "Mike's Way" with the oil and spices creates a flavor I don't get anywhere else.“
