“I can’t express how wonderful the staff at the Sturgis MI location is. I brought a paper bogo coupon to this location that sadly wasn’t excepted due to the location being privately owned. The staff was very kind in explaining this and apologized for not being able to accept it but did inform me of a few locations that would. The staff could have been short and simply said no but they went above and beyond simple making our drinks. We talked with the staff (all laughter and smiles) for a short while after we receiving our drinks. We can’t wait to make many more stops at the Sturgis location for more laughs and great coffee. Biggby couldn’t have asked for better staff at this location. :)“

“Half of them act like they don't want to even be working and they don't listen! when you ask them to fix it, it's the end of the world and they didn't even fix it they mixed the whipped cream into my coffee! Definitely not the first time either! By far the worst biggby iv been too! That's saying alot, I have been to so many!“

“I go to this location often. I always go inside to order and I never have any issues or concerns. Last week I arrived to pick up a mobile order and they said they didn’t have it. I had confirmation on my app that it had been received and they were working on it. The girl over the speaker was very nice, but her manager was not helpful in tone or with customer service. I left without my order and I was not offered an answer or a refund. I’m disheartened because this is my usual Starbucks. Service is so much better inside I guess.“

It was even labeled special order and they still got it wrong!

Ordered 8 minutes before restaurant
Sat and drive-thru for 3 minutes nobody answered the speaker
Pulled to the drive-thru window waited another 2 minutes
Probably pulled to the second window and still had to wait 5 minutes to get my sandwich
Then the order was completely wrong had to turn around and go back
Had a 25 minutes onto my trip
They remade my sandwich and both had uncooked eggs and the muffins were untoasted
Cheese wasn't even melted
There was nobody in the drive-thru or lobby when I arrive
After making a complaint the next day I went back for a free sandwich and those are the last two pictures they were actually made like they were supposed to be“
