Very disappointed, went in today to find no pretzels made or ready, young lady making the small hot dogs was very sweet .Young lady at register was looking surprised I didn't want to wait 15-20mins I couldn't figure out why she looked unfazed. Oh well it's always other locations that love there customers wanting to spend money
I typically love Aunt Annie's pretzel. This particular one, the employees obviously don't want to be there the service is terrible. I went there at 7:30 and they didn't have any pretzels and told me they are closed. They close at 8, per the sign. I went the next day at about 6:30, thinking I'm early enough to get what I want. I wanted pretzel dog bites. The girl told me what was in the case was all they had because they aren't cooking anymore pretzels. They were breaking down...read full review
