“This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and allow me to say that I will be ordering again…and again, I am sure. I ordered the catfish with a side of yams and collard greens. The catfish is the best that zi have had in years and the collards and yams were excellent! It is clear that care and love went into the food preparation. “Having Bubba cater for me started over 10 years ago. You see my son fell in love with his Brisket, and said that he will have it whenever he can and that he wanted it for his graduation party. Fast forward to 2025, that date came and with some super easy planning his long time request was accomplished. Every guest at his graduation party complimented how good the BBQ was.
