“Had lunch her for the first time today. We got the pulled pork, brisket and fries. Fries were crisp and seasoned to perfection. Pulled pork was tender — and there wasn’t a bit of fat to be seen. The brisket hands down was the star though. The most tender and juicy I have ever had. We lived in the south for years and this is by far and away the best bbq we’ve had. Their barbecue sauce is equally as delicious, I wish I’d ordered an extra! We will be back soon.“

“My parents have said for some time that this pizza was the best in the area, and I finally got to try it today. They were right! We had their round supreme and square Hawaiian with a side or marinara and ranch. The sauce on this is pizza is perfect - very fresh flavor but not too acidic. Generous on the toppings, quality mozzarella, and the bread is some of the best I’ve had. Do yourself a favor and stop by Little Italy!“

“Having Bubba cater for me started over 10 years ago. You see my son fell in love with his Brisket, and said that he will have it whenever he can and that he wanted it for his graduation party. Fast forward to 2025, that date came and with some super easy planning his long time request was accomplished. Every guest at his graduation party complimented how good the BBQ was. “I had a taste for barbecue, went to Ken on Gratiot and they were closed, so I Google barbecue near me and Stonewood Smokehouse came up on Utica and Gratiot. I thought I walked into the Twilight zone the place was a bar I was looking for a restaurant. But the owner Gary saw the look on my face I was ready to turn around. He was like come sit down, want a drink, I told him no he asked me what I wanted I told him ribs he had the waitress bring me a menu he was very nice. So I got a rib dinner. And when I tell you those was the best ribs they were so good and the greens had a nice kick. A must try.“

“First time here. Tried the Chicago style. Heavy! The sauce and cheese are very good. Sauce is very robust & tomatoey and the cheese blend is more flavorful than most places. The inside is small, typical of a pizza joint. Couple of chairs and tables adequate while you wait.“

I typically visit Texas Roadhouse Roseville once every 2-3 weeks, and I exclusively sit at the bar, whether I'm by myself, with my wife, or with friends. The reason is simple: the bar service is outstanding, and their hospitality is simply unmatched. I'd particularly like to recognize two amazing bartenders, Jackie and Nellie. While all the bar staff I've encountered have been excellent, these two are incredible to watch together. Their teamwork and connection while managing both a packed bar and an intense service station is remarkable. They handle everything while maintaining genuine smiles, offering warm greetings, and delivering fantastic service. The bar atmosphere feels just like your favorite local watering hole, where they don't just remember your name, but know exactly what you like to drink. Often, my favorite cocktail is being prepared before I've even taken my seat - that's what I call exceptional service! I witness this same attention to detail with other customers too, as they too are greeted by name. Considering I'm only there every 2-3 weeks, their ability to remember customers' names and drinks sets this restaurant well above any other chain I've visited. This personal touch is typically only found in beloved neighborhood bars. In the 10 months I've been coming here, I've never had a disappointing meal. I've explored various menu options beyond their excellent steaks, and everything arrives with perfect timing, allowing enough time to enjoy appetizers or salad/chili before the main course. If you need anything extra (condiments, cheese, etc.), the attentive bartending staff responds quickly, even heading to the kitchen themselves if necessary. This recognition of the outstanding bar staff is long overdue. After experiencing their wonderful service again this past weekend, I felt compelled to take some time to write. “I was visiting a friend in the area for Halloween, & we wanted some food while we watched scary movies. He recommended Papa's Pizza. This was my first time having their food. My friend had a small square meat lover's pizza, & I had a burger, potato wedges, & a pepsi. I ordered online & went to pick it up. My order was ready when I arrived, & the person who handed me my order was friendly. Our food was made correctly, & it was hot & fresh. I would definitely order from this place again when I'm in the area.“

Yes, there were some sort of shells in it. Again, ignoring us after passing by several times, my husband went up to the bar to get his water refilled. “The pizza they serve here are great. I have no problem with the food they serve here. Keep in mind that the other reviews are old, from 2018 and 2015. Don't let these review stop you from trying this place out. Their bbq pizza are to die for and I suggest trying them out. There is one down side to this place though. The price tag. They can be little expensive but I think it still worth it if you going out once while kinda thing. It wouldn't be the kinda deal where I would go every week. It still good food. Give it a try.“

“Happy’s is one of the best spots i’ve had pizza at. I ordered their large meat lovers and it was packed with meat. I have never seen a pizza spot where they’ve been so generous with their toppings. As well as their amazing staff, everyone was so kind and made you felt welcome. I will for sure go back to Happy’s any chance I get.“
