Chicken Shack Chesterfield serves excellent food with very nice employees. While the food is usually good, occasionally it may not meet expectations, with some chicken bites being hard and overcooked. The service can be inconsistent, with issues such as hearing difficulties due to loud TVs and occasional lack of change for cash payments. The drive-thru area has un-maintained gravel. The cole slaw is the best you can get anywhere. Ribs are great and good, but there is always some hard overcooked meat on some. The potatoes are okay.
