“This place offers a full plate of breakfast. Not a small plate, a BIG plate of food for a very reasonable price. The service is prompt and the coffee is bottomless. (With liberal visits with the coffee pot.)
I highly recommend you give it a try. Breakfast was outstanding. And they serve rice pudding. Thank you!“

“My mom and I ate there this morning and the staff was super friendly and on top of refilling our drinks and was quick to take our orders and all of the food was delicious and their prices are very the reasonable. “We are from Wyoming Mi, were in Jackson for a HS powerlifting meet. Stopped by to visit a new brewery. Brittany Z was our watress and she was truly amazing, great pizza and fried pickles, and great selection of beer. Definitely visit again when in that area.“

“Dropped in for a late lunch on a Wednesday at Steve’s Ranch Family Restaurant in Jackson, and it was exactly what I needed after a long drive. No wait to be seated, and the vibe is super laid-back—nothing fancy, just a classic, clean spot where locals clearly feel at home.\n\nMy server was friendly and quick to take my drink order while I looked over the menu. I went with the hot turkey, and honestly, it hit the spot. The turkey was tender and juicy like it had been slow-roasted, and the gravy was rich and poured on generously—just how I like it. It tasted like something your grandma would make, in the best way.\n\nFood came out fast (maybe 10 minutes), and everything felt freshly made. I didn’t try any sides or desserts this time, but I’ll definitely be swinging back through if I’m in Jackson again. Feels like the kind of place that doesn’t try to be trendy—it just does what it does well.“

“If I could give this place 1000 stars I would. The hospitality is very awesome. I broke down and waited for parts to arrive at a near parts store. Stopping here made this situation actually fun! Drinks are good! I like blue moon so they had my favorite beer. Charlie and harmony are really awesome bartenders!!! The chili here is amazing! People need to come here and support your local bar. Good place to relax. Pool table. Got seating. Overall pleasant experience.“

“Great place for eating! The loaded mac and cheese, with brisket, it usually comes with 3 slices. Well... I was recently at the restaurant, there was only one slice of brisket that came on the plate. When I inquired about there being only one slice, verses 3 slices of the same length and size, I was told that it's done by weight, and it must be a bigger piece than past times... UM WRONG... I NORMALLY GET THIS MOST OF THE TIME I COME HERE... Not a happy customer, and walked out to go somewhere else...“

“Brass Rail has new ownership which is phenomenal and the majority of the bar staff is great. There is one bar maid that believes because she is well endowed that she can speak to older people and females any which way. They need to get rid of her and it would be completely 5 stars.“

“The food was ok, I got the nachos and the meat was not seasoned at all. The portion was great and the cosmo that I had was amazing! I really liked the Halloween decorations and how much of a community they had built. Looking at the mugs that belonged to people part of the mug club was very cool. The memorial for one of the mug club members really touched me. This place is definitely worth checking out.“

“We were out on the road in Michigan. We were looking for a Bob Evans and went a little out of our way and also ate a little later so we could be at a Bob Evans. I know they have a number of locations across that area but we’ve never had a bad experience at a Bob Evans. Great food, service and atmosphere. Wish they were in North Texas.“

Shantel & Jake provided excellent service that was prompt, patient, professional and pleasant. Always with a smile and kept the event moving smoothly.
