“Klavons in Jackson has the nicest and most caring staff and management. Our car broke down in the parking lot and while we figured out what to do we ate inside. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. My daughter was feeling unwell so we were sitting outside figuring out what to do and a member of the staff getting on shift brought us all ice water to stay cool. She also offered for us to sit in the lobby in the ac. Soon after, the manager and his son came out to check on us. He told us to come inside and get the kids out of the heat and we were welcome to stay until we get situated and get a ride. The staff got us a table and checked in on us often. I highly recommend this place not only for the delicious food, but for the genuine care of the staff. A million thank yous again to the Jackson staff for your hospitality!“

“What a great lunch spot his turned out to be! This small, old-school dining spot was nothing fancy…but the counter-only seating within the place brought forth visions of east coast diners. The staff all were incredibly friendly / busy / working incredibly hard. The menu is basic….a couple of options outside of a burger…but, yes, some great burger options! Nothing healthy here at all, lol…but the burgers were fantastic, and reasonably priced. The small lot and place fills up quickly during lunch, so plan on getting there early during lunch, or you’ll have a little bit of wait. This was a great find.“

“Great place for eating! The loaded mac and cheese, with brisket, it usually comes with 3 slices. Well... I was recently at the restaurant, there was only one slice of brisket that came on the plate. When I inquired about there being only one slice, verses 3 slices of the same length and size, I was told that it's done by weight, and it must be a bigger piece than past times... UM WRONG... I NORMALLY GET THIS MOST OF THE TIME I COME HERE... Not a happy customer, and walked out to go somewhere else...“

“Summer is close. Stopped with the 3 grandchildren for the first time of the season. The staff were full of smiles and very friendly. We had their chocolate cones except the 6 year old who wanted a banana split, 3 bites, and done. Go figure. Great experience“

“The food was good and was still super hot once we finally received it while having to wait at the drive through window for about 10 mins. But there was 2 very tired,overly worked women who should have been retired at the age I’m assuming but for 2 older women who had to do it all alone with just them 2 they kicked ass.So once I saw why my order was taking a little longer to be ready I understood why and relaxed and watched those super women running around working proving that any age group can b out working I was stunned and proud to watch such amazing hard working women do whatever they had to do to make it in life. I give em mad respect and props for working and not choosing to live off the state like other ppl and just be jobless with their handouts every month never having to work for anything in life. While these hard working women still are polite to us and even stayed with a smile on their exhausted faces. Which made the wait totally worth it and I felt bad for how hard they were working n running around trying to do all the jobs under record times. They are way more patient and professional than I ever could be honestly. Those are some hard working, polite, well trained, and professional women. BK should be honored and proud to have those 2 employees and better yet who are women at that pretty much running that place. keeping it together. If it wasn’t for those 2 women I wouldn’t honestly go back. But they are the reason I go back and only there. Just so I get to with those 2 amazing women who deserve raises lemme just throw that out there also….!!!“
