I was so lucky to come across Phil that works at the Shelby Panera restaurant. I already had a bad day and was just trying to get dinner. I had trouble with my DoorDash order, and I was calling the store to see if I could solve the problem. Phil was the perfect man for the job. He listened to me with his calming voice and corrected my problem. He told me about the Panera app so I won't run into the same problem next time. Then he even went above and beyond and made my day.
