“I have been turned off to Subway for several years because many of their locations are dirty, have old looking ingredients or the staff is not using hygienic practices.

We swung by here on a whim today and this was the cleanest subway I have ever seen. The staff were friendly and the ingredients all looked very fresh. I was happy to see bins packed with clean knives since most subways use the same disgusting knives all days and wipe them off on the edge of the counter which is repulsive. This place was a breath of fresh air, happy to see a place taking cleanliness and quality seriously!“

“I could not be any more impressed!!
We are only in town for a few days, staying at a local hotel. We ordered a delivery through DoorDash and the driver never showed to pick up our order. I called and our sandwiches were sitting there “waiting”.

The young man that answered the phone Zach (sp) asked me to hold for a moment and then came back to the phone to say that an assistant manager (Avery)(sp) would be bringing our order to us. Wow !!! Excellent customer service!!

When she arrived she tried to help me with the refund process on my phone and after being on hold for awhile I decided to wait until morning to call ….

Then Baron (mgr maybe ?) called me to say he was going to refund my money because of the situation. Really ?? Another WOW !! This NEVER HAPPENS!!

This team went ABOVE AND BEYOND and even though the sandwiches had been sitting there, they were EXCELLENT!!

I did pay for a sandwich (that was only right).

Do yourself a favor and try them out if you haven’t already.

If I lived here I would DEFINITELY be a repeat customer!!

“Tubby's is #1 for taste & quality of ingredients, in my opinion! I was employed by the company from 1980 thru 85 and let me tell you, the owners of Tubby's are like family. My boss, one of the owners, Mr. Tom Paganes, was a wonderful owner to work for!Mr. Tom Paganes gave me a personal loan to buy a car that I wanted and I did not have established credit to purchase. There was no payroll deduction back then and he loaned me the money I needed to buy this car! I have the up most respect for the Tubby's company because of how they treat thier employees! Bottom line, work hard, as the founders of this company have, and you will be rewarded!“

“My favorite sub is the Italian and Jersey Mike's is the BEST I've ever eaten. The meat is really high quality and the ham is especially very flavorful. The first time I ever got one, I was astonished at the amount of meat they put on them...I couldn't hardly bite into it, lol. I especially like that they cook their own roast beef right there and slice it as needed, as well as bake their own sub rolls...you can't get fresher than that!!!“

“Was inspired to make this review because my sandwich was spectacularly bomb this time around, but everyone who works here is always kind and polite, and they always get my order correct and distribute the food evenly and fairly. I was honestly shocked to see so many negative reviews before I realized none of you must have ever worked any kind of customer service job before.. that or you’re just plain stupid. If you’re seriously taking the time to come on here to try to ruin the reputation of a bunch of people working minimum wage to make you a sandwich you could easily make at home (since you so clearly have enough free time to leave a nasty google review)… You need to grow up. Lol. Stop leaving google reviews about CORPORATE ISSUES (food distribution, prices, stock, etc) on random restaurant locations. “This is usually a pretty good Jimmy John's. It's not perfect though. I've had a lot of orders where my sandwiches have been dry as a desert. It's like they forgot all the mayo or oil and vinegar. It really ruins the sandwich when it's like that. Usually this is an adequate Jimmy John's though. The one on Hayes is better. Order from there if you're in between stores.“

“I ate here everyday for a week. They're consistently on point. The boyz here are running shop flawlessly. When it's slow theyre not standing around they're cleaning, sweeping floors, prepping food, changing trash bags, filling the ice in the vending machine, cleaning bathrooms. Food was always good, left the review cause the employees were just impressive to observe. If your a manager or owner of this location be proud of your staff 👏 👍“
