Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Clinton

“THIS REVIEW WAS INTENDED FOR THE DETROIT - WOODWARD LOCATION! I have had nothing but good experiences in Clinton Township.

I ordered through the app. Waited inside the store since the designated “online orders” cubby hole was empty. After watching several people come and go, I asked about my order. It was sitting behind the register the entire time. “You’re supposed to come to the register and ask for your order.” Why have signs that say otherwise?? The man gave me two small cups because they were out of regular cups. When I refused the two small cups and asked for a refund I was made to wait another 10 minutes because his words, “I have to take care of the other customers first.” Steer clear of this location - the customer service is horrible.“

“Very upbeat environment, with amazing food and service all around. I come here a lot, and the managers, and employees are very understanding and welcoming. Their smoothies are refreshing and tasteful, and their food is healthy, hot, and fresh. I love coming here early in the morning and being able to just cruise right through the drive thru and then be on my way with my day. :) 5 stars all around!! You guys are awesome!!“
