“THIS REVIEW WAS INTENDED FOR THE DETROIT - WOODWARD LOCATION! I have had nothing but good experiences in Clinton Township.

I ordered through the app. Waited inside the store since the designated “online orders” cubby hole was empty. After watching several people come and go, I asked about my order. It was sitting behind the register the entire time. “You’re supposed to come to the register and ask for your order.” Why have signs that say otherwise?? The man gave me two small cups because they were out of regular cups. When I refused the two small cups and asked for a refund I was made to wait another 10 minutes because his words, “I have to take care of the other customers first.” Steer clear of this location - the customer service is horrible.“

“Not only has the staff been very friendly and QUICK, they also make my smoothies and food the best at this location. Don’t let these libs that are dropping 1 stars scare you off. Definitely recommend using their app to get lots of good deals. Thanks for being consistent and great!“
