“The chocolate frosty machine was broken or something so we had to get vanilla. Something seemed wrong with their ordering system BUT they were super nice even though there was an issue with our order. The food was really great, we could taste the quality. Although things weren't perfect we will be back.“
“Stopped by this Wendy’s today and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. The lady at the window was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making my day better. You can tell she takes pride in her job and in treating customers well. I left with a smile — service like that is rare these days. Whoever she is, Wendy’s is lucky to have her!“
“The restaurant’s location is okay 👌, it’s kinda by the traffic light 🚦 where there can be traffic if you need to go a specific direction. The dining room of this location is occasionally closed on a daily basis where it’s only the drive thru is open. Also, sometimes this restaurant location can be short on staff, so a little patience would be needed. The customer service is great 👍 at this location sometimes and when only the drive thru is available besides the dining room is closed, it can be hectic waiting in the drive thru line sometimes. Overall, the restaurant location is okay 👌, service is great 👍 and the speed of service is okay 👌.“
